초록

한반도 6자 회담국(6 party talks) 과 유럽의 대표적국가인 영 불 독(3 watch dogs young bull dogs)은 그찬란하고 역사성 깊은 국가적 탄생을 배경으로 도시환경 디자인의 역사적 교훈을 통하여 우리에게 허용되는(accept) 반면교사적 거울을 제공한다. 이 주장은 그림없는 즉, 이미지의 제공이 없는 디자인의 조형적 수사학(rhetoric) 을 도구(tool) 로 그 6자회담 국과 영불독의 3 개국 사회문화 유산을 인문학적으로 묘사하고 그 특징을 논조의 단초로 다학제적 접근 방식으로 제공한다.
영불독 (young bull dog) 유럽의 주요 3 국은 경비견(watch dog)의 역할을 수용하며 한반도의 지정학적안정에 기여한다.
따라서 본 본 논문은 한반도 6자 회담 국과 유럽의주요 3국의 인문사회학적 논리로 표현하고, 이를 조형적 수사학을 통하여 해석하여 우리의 사회문화적 유- 444 - 산과 민주주의의 발전에 어떻게 기여했는가에 대한인문사회 문화적 가치의 다학제적 디자인연구이다. 문화는 인간이 창출한다. 그러므로 디자인의 분야에서이미지 없이 사회문화적 해석을 시도하는 것이 새로운 논문의 형태가 될 수 있도록 노력하고자 하는 논자의 시도이다. 일부는 논조가 지정학적 편에서 서술되고 있으나 이를 조형언어를 통하여 환경디자인의지정학적 논조를 설명하고, 사회문화적 배경의 근간이되는 예술분야를 어떻게 수사학으로 추론한 가에 대한 설명을 본 논문은 시도하였다.
연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다.
한반도 6자 회담국 또는 유럽의 3국 영, 불, 독은 우리 디자이너들에게 간과할 수 없는 문화적 교훈을 제시하고 있다.
여기서 창출된 문화는 사회 구성원의 ‘삶의 질’을결정하기에 이를 검증할 수 있는 융합적 연구가 필요하며, 인간이 창출할 수 있는 문화는 인류에게 있어, 아름다움과 함께 진리에 가까이 있는, 유형의 주제(sujet)이며 무형의 오브제(objet)임이 확인되었다. 또한 오브제적인 형식을 통하여 찬란한 문화의 주제를표현하는 것은 조형예술(plastic art)의 수사학 덕분이라 규정할 수 있으며 이를 통하여 디자이너들이 논리적 조형 수사학을 더욱 발전시키고 디자인의 조형적, 사회문화적 유산을 피력하여 디자인의 인문사회학적인 시너지 효과와 발전을 유도할 수 있다.

영어초록

To understand the social cultural heritage of design , first of all, it is necessary to grasp the substance rhetoric concept of plastic art and design.
The rhetoric of design after analyzing its meanings, its concept and the structure go further and develop. The design rhetoric is derived by cicero who is roman politician.
It which is established by the combination of the social cultural heritage and design rhetoric system, and its meaning system. It includes the characteristics of cultural human science without images. With which the concept of rhetoric system which is later adapts itself to its environment and political ideology and situation.
In modern era, social cultural heritage was in mutual complementary relationship with 6 party talks in korean peninsula and 3 european major countries(young bull dogs). In other words, in its initial step, 3 european countries get the watch dog roles in the korean peninsula. It existed just as an international relationship to explain the korean peninsula as the rhetoric of design with interdisciplinary perspective. But after a long time, it was changed into a design rhetoric concept through the capture of a specific and social cultural heritage in human science studies.
The 3 watch dogs(young bull dogs) give us the high advanced cultural results and heritages by landmark design.
It could be approved the heuristic of the subject(sujet) and object(objet) in the aspects of the plastic art.
Moreover, the design rhetoric as social cultural concept had to be expressed. It which were a means of further developed social cultural heritages.
The expressed techniques at that time ensured just a very few of design rhetorics to be produced. For the said reasons, there was a time when design rhetorics were estranged from the general international relationship. But, in general, the design rhetoric is attested from all the contemporary ages including the modern ages.
This rhetoric analysis could be contributed for the development in the interdisciplinary design aspects.
We can get it as a social cultural heritage by grasp the landmark design as the synergy effects of development concept further.
We stand for this design rhetoric as social cultural heritages for developing the human social science concept in design and plastic arts in our korean peninsula.
