지역특화 뷰티 융복합산업 발전 방안 연구 -광주광역시를 중심으로- (A Study on the Development of Regional Specialized Beauty Convergence Industry -Focusing on Gwangju Metropolitan City-)

초록

최근 글로벌 한류열풍과 함께 한국뷰티산업(K-Beauty)에 대한 세계적인 관심도 증가하고, 각 지자체는 뷰티산업 육성정책을 추진하고 있다.
이에 광범위한 뷰티산업 중 광주광역시가 경쟁력을지니면서 타 지역과 차별화를 위해 광주광역시 뷰티산업의 업종별 운영 실태 그리고 발전 수립 계획 선호도를 조사하여 뷰티산업 육성 방향과 전략 도출을 위한기초자료로 활용하는데 목적으로 광주광역시 소재 업소, 기업, 교육기관 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 뷰티산업 업종별 운영환경의 어려움으로 뷰티서비스업은 “안정적인 취업시스템”, 뷰티기업은 “전문인력 부족”, 뷰티교육기관은 “융합한 교육 등 다양한교육프로그램 개발”로 나타났다.
둘째. 뷰티산업 발전 수립 계획 선호 조사에서는“뷰티산업 지원 전담기관 설립 운영”, “지역문화소재를ICT산업과 융합한 뷰티문화관광 컨텐츠 육성” “현장체험형 뷰티업소 투어 육성”, “일자리창출 및 사회적기업 육성”, “현장 맞춤형 교육프로그램으로 안정적인 취업 시스템 구축”이 필요하다고 조사되었다. 또한 광주광역시의 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 “뷰티통합 전문 교육센터 구축 운영”이 전체 업종의 공통적인 의견으로 대두되었다.
이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 광주광역시 뷰티산업의 발전 방향성에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

영어초록

Along with the recent global Hallyu fever, global interest in the Korean beauty industry (K-Beauty) has also increased, and each local government is promoting policies to foster the beauty industry. In order to differentiate Gwangju Metropolitan City from other regions while being competitive among a wide range of beauty industries, the purpose of this study is to investigate the operation status of Gwangju beauty industry by business type and preference for development planning, and use it as basic data for deriving the direction and strategy for the promotion of the beauty industry. A survey was conducted on employees of businesses, companies, and educational institutions located in Gwangju, and the results are as follows.
First, due to the difficulty of the operating environment of each beauty industry, the beauty service industry was found to have a “stable employment system”, the beauty company had a “shortage of professional manpower”, and the beauty education institution “developed various educational programs such as fusion education” second. In the preference survey for the beauty industry development plan, “Establishment and operation of an agency in charge of supporting the beauty industry”, “Cultivation of beauty cultural tourism content that combines local cultural materials with the ICT industry” “Development of field-experienced beauty shop tours”, “Job creation and social enterprise Fostering” and “establishing a stable employment system with on-site customized education programs” were surveyed. In addition, in order to strengthen the competitiveness of Gwangju Metropolitan City, “building and operating a beauty integrated professional training center” has emerged as a common opinion among all industries. Based on these findings, I would like to propose a direction for the development of the beauty industry in Gwangju.
