국가고시 5급 출신 공무원의 명리학적 특성 고찰 (A Study on the Characteristics of Grade 5 Public Officials of the State Examinations in Myeongli Science)

초록

본 연구목적은 현직 공무원의 사주특성을 조사하여, 명리 이론과 상관관계를 분석한 후, 사실적 근거를 일반인에게 제시해줌으로써 청소년의 진로선택과 구직자의 직업선택에 도움이 되고자 한다.
연구범위는 국가고시 5급 출신으로 현재 중앙부처에서 근무하고 있는 사례자 10명에 대해 명리학적으로 접근하여 시험합격, 승진운 등에 대해 분석하였으며, 또한, 고용노동부 워크넷을 통해 공무원의 업무수행능력을 조사하여 사례자의 사주특성과 상관관계를 분석하였다.
사례자 10명의 사주특성을 분석한 결과는 모두 격국이 뚜렷하여 직장 운이 좋은 편이며, 10명 모두가 사주팔자에 오행 중 木⋅火와 십성(十星) 중 식신⋅상관과 재성을 가지고 있다. 공무원 시험 합격운(合格運)에 관하여는 4명은 오행을 두루 갖추고 있어 원만하며, 나머지 6명은 사주팔자에 관성 또는 인성이 없어 합격운이 다소 불리하나, 시험시기의 행운(대운 또는 세운)에서 도움을 받아 무난하게 합격한 것으로 나타났다. 승진에 관해서는 공무원 동기 3명을 비교 분석한바, 식상⋅재성을 격으로 사용하는 2명은 일찍 고위공무원으로 승진했으며, 현재까지 승진하지 못한 1명은 정인⋅편인격(국)에 사주팔자에 관성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 워크넷을 통해 조사한 공무원의 업무수행능력에 관하여는 오행을 모두 갖춘 사례자 4명은 원만하며, 오행이 부족한 6명은 일부분 부족하게 나타났지만, 6명 모두 공무원에 적합한 木⋅火의 성정을 갖추고 있어, 공무원으로서 자격과 업무능력이 충분하다고 하겠다.
앞으로의 과제는 더 다양한 사례를 조사⋅분석한 후 사실적인 데이터(Data)를 축적하여 일반인에게 제공함으로써 사주명리가 신비적인 요소가 아닌 실용적인 학문으로 발전하는 데에 도움이 되었으면 한다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to help adolescents' career choice and job seekers' job choice by investigating current public officials' four pillars of destiny, analyzing a correlation between them and the theory of Myeongli, and presenting the factual basis to ordinary persons.
For the research scope, the successful passing of the examinations, promotion luck, etc. were analyzed by approaching 10 grade 5 public officials of the state examinations who now work for the central offices from the viewpoint of Myeongli science. And a correlation between public officials' work performance and the subjects' characteristics of four pillars of destiny by investigating it through the work-net of the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) The result which analyzed ten subjects' characteristics of four pillars of destiny has found that all of the 10 subjects have job luck because of having Gyeokguk and have gourmet spirit, official jinx, and talent and nature of wood and fire (木⋅火) of Five Elements and ten stars (十星) in four pillars Wonguk. Luck of the successful passing (合格運) of the civil service examinations has found that 4 persons were satisfactory because of having all the five elements and the rest 6 persons were disadvantageous because there is no inertia or personality, but they have passed the examinations easily by being helped by luck (Great destiny or the luck of the times). The result which compared and analyzed promotion of 3 public officials who joined at the same time has found that 2 persons who use Siksang and talent and nature as Gyeok were early promoted to senior officials and one person who has not been done until now does not have inertia in four pillars Wonguk of proper seal and Pyeoningyeok (Guk). Public officials' work performance investigated through the work-net has found that 4 subjects who have all the five elements are satisfactory and 6 persons that the five elements are insufficient lacks the part of it. However, it is thought that 6 persons' qualification and work performance as public officials are enough because they have nature of wood and fire (木⋅火) suitable for them.
It is hoped that four pillars of destiny will serve as a stepping stone for developing as a practical study, not the mystical element, by investigating and analyzing more various cases and accumulating factual data as next tasks, and providing them for ordinary persons.
