일제 강점기 풍천원의 고적 조사 (Survey on the Cheolwon castle of Taebong-guk during the Japanese colonial period)

초록

최근 남북관계의 정세 변화에 따라 남한 고고학자들의 북쪽 문화유적에 대한 관심과 조사에 대한 열망이 고무되고 있다.
태봉국 철원성은 남북 분단이라는 상황에서 고고학적 조사가 진행되기에는 한계가 있어 일제강점기 조사 자료를 중심으로 철원성에 대한 조사 상황을 살펴보았다.
세끼노 타다시(關野貞), 도리이 류조(鳥居龍藏), 오가와 케이키치(小川敬吉) 등이 진행한 자료를 중심으로 살펴본 결과, 궁성 남쪽에 석등 1기, 외성 남벽 동쪽에 치우친 부분에 고려 태조가 창건한 봉선사와 관련된 석등 1기가 존재하였다는 것을 확인하였다. 하지만 석등의 위치 비정은 가능하지만 철원성(궁성, 내성, 외성)의 구체적인 양상은 파악하기 어렵다.
향후, 실질적인 조사가 진행되기 전에 태봉국 철원성의 전체 경관을 파악하기 위하여 휴전선 이남에 분포하고 있는 관련 유적에 대한 조사가 필요하다.
이러한 면에서 철원성과 도성의 경관을 복원하기 위하여 관계 기관과 고고학계의 자료 축적이 필요하다.

영어초록

Recent changes in inter-Korean relations have encouraged South Korean archaeologists' interest in the northern cultural heritage and their desire for research. However, it is doubtful how much the South Korea knows about the cultural ruins in the north and the cultural ruins in the DMZ.
Cheorwon-gun has been this article located in the Taebongguk(泰封國) Cheorwoncastle(鐵圓城) for the review a survey conducted in Japanese occupation.
It is true that the Government-General of Joseon used government scholars to investigate the parts of the Korean Peninsula even before the historical investigation project was carried out in earnest. However, few concrete discussions have been held on the Cheorwonseong Fortress.
The Japanese occupation by writing Sekino Tadashi(關野貞), Torii Ryūzō(鳥居龍藏) took the lead Cheorwon and found that an investigation. The timing and purpose of the report were also unclear, but a well-organized record was also And we also figured out why stone lanterns were mistaken for stone pagodas through topographic maps.
So far, the survey data behind the Japanese occupation of a royal palace, the first stone lantern in the south, Bongseonsa which was created and the female-heavy Taejo(太祖) of Goryeo(高麗) the east of the southern face of oeseong(外城) involved. Each confirmed the fact that each first presence was a stone lantern and the turtle base of a stone monument.
The stone lantern south of Gungseong Fortress is related to the Taebongguk, and the stone lantern east of the southern wall of the outer castle has been confirmed to be related to Bongseon Temple. Unlike the fact that it has been known about Cheorwon Fortress, Bongseon Temple is showing dramatic changes in the landscape of Cheorwon Fortress since the founding of Goryeo, which requires further research.
Especially, the shape of the planar of the Cheorwonseong Fortress is found to be slightly different after reviewing the topographical map. See review is needed in an irrigation association activities conducted in Japanese occupation.
This article is based on the basic analysis of the data held by the state agency and the data stored in the space. However, most of the photographic materials are provided with low-quality video data, and expect to be provided with high-definition data in the future.
Meanwhile, in order to identify the entire landscape of Cheorwonseong Fortress of the Taebong-guk, an investigation is needed on the government-to-house and living sites that are located at least south of the Southern Limit Line. In other words, it is urgent to scrutinize and accumulate data on cultural relics in the South, which can be practically investigated for further discussion of Cheorwonseong and landscape.
