초록

In this paper, we study a supply chain planning model to optimize sales and operation plan for N months with a case from a certain automobile production industry by worldwide supply. This contains a process for weekly, monthly production and procurement of materials and spare parts as well as sales allocation based on various scenarios which are drawn a conclusion from the sales mix for demand forecast. Particularly, since weekly production and sales allocation have been constrained by inventory quantity of materials and spare parts which are being shared per a product model, this paper focuses on deciding an appropriate purchase quantity for the materials and spare parts through mid-term sales and operation plan. The discrimination in this paper from the literatures is to present a flexible model design which can improve a firm’s entire profit as much as possible with integration of the entire supply chain although uncertain various forecast scenarios lead to any results, and to propose a planning framework to integrate with partial configurations from scientific Advanced Planning System so that all of the supply chain members can share company’s strategic management plan for procurement, marketing, sales, production and logistics.
