디지털 플랫폼의 국내외 현황과 미디어 크리에이티브 사례분석 (The Current Status of Digital Platform and Media Creative Case Analysis)

초록

연구배경: 디지털 마케팅 커뮤니케이션은 디지털 기술, 디바이스, 소셜 채널 등을 핵심 요소로 하는 플랫폼을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 디지털 디스플레이와 소셜미디어의 융합, 모바일과 인터넷, 디지털 어플리케이션과 첨단 미디어와의 결합뿐만 아니라 기존 미디어를 전혀 다른 방식으로 바꾸는 미디어 크리에이티브의 중요성도 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 디지털 플랫폼의 국내외 현황과 중요한 사례들을 디지털 커뮤니케이션과 미디어 크리에이티브의 관점에서 살펴볼 필요가 있다.
연구방법: 구글과 네이버 포털, 해당 브랜드의 홈페이지, 블로그, 관련기사, 보도자료 등을 검색하여 ‘디지털 디스플레이’, ‘디지털 플랫폼’, ‘디지털 디바이스’, ‘디지털 마케팅 커뮤니케이션’ 등의 키워드와 관련된 디지털 플랫폼의 최근 5년 이내 자료들을 수집하여 현황을 내용분석했다. 또한 사전평가를 통해 5개의 대표사례를 선정하여 실행전략의 창의성과 효율성, 미디어와 테크놀로지의 유기적인 결합력, 디스플레이와 수용자의 긴밀한 상호작용 등의 관점에서 구체적으로 분석했다.
연구결과: 디지털 플랫폼은 바이럴 영상, 유튜브, SNS, 브랜드 어플리케이션, 와이파이, NFC 센서, 가상현실, 증강현실, 브랜디드 엔터테인먼트, 인터랙티브 터치스크린 등의 첨단 테크놀로지를 다양하게 구사하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 실행전략의 창의성, 미디어와 기술의 융·복합적인 활용성, 수용자와의 인지, 정서, 행동적 상호작용에 성공하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
결론: 디지털 플랫폼을 통한 브랜드 커뮤니케이션이 효과적인 미디어 크리에이티브를 발휘하기 위해서는 실행전략의 창의성과 효율성, 미디어와 테크놀로지의 유기적인 결합력, 디스플레이와 수용자의 긴밀한 상호작용 등이 필요함이 확인되었다. 또한 미디어장르 간의 융합을 적극 활용하여 수용자의 정서와 감성을 반영하고, 참여하고 즐기고 퍼뜨리게 하는 바이럴 캠페인 형태로 실행되어야 한다.

영어초록

Background: Digital marketing communications is being done through platforms with key technologies such as digital technology, devices, and social channels. In addition to the convergence of digital display and social media, the combination of mobile and Internet, digital applications and high-tech media, media creatives that change traditional media in completely different ways are increasing in importance. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the domestic and foreign status of digital platform and important cases from the perspective of digital communication and media creative.
Methods: Within 5 years of digital platforms related to keywords such as ‘digital display’, ‘digital platform’, ‘digital device’, ‘digital marketing communication’ by searching Google and Naver portal, homepage, blog, the data are collected and analyzed the status. In addition, five representative cases were selected through pre-evaluation to analyze the creativity and efficiency of execution strategy, the organic cohesion of media and technology, and the close interaction of display and audience.
Result: The digital platform recognizes that it is using various advanced technologies such as YouTube, SNS, Viral video, brand application, WiFi, NFC sensor, virtual reality, augmented reality, branded entertainment and interactive touch screen. Also, creativity of execution strategy, fusion of media and technology, complex application. And they are successful in behavioral, cognitive, emotional interactions.
Conclusion: Brand communication through the digital platform has proved to be necessary for creativity and efficiency of execution strategy, organic combination of media and technology, and close interaction of display and audience in order for media creative to be effective. Also, it should be implemented in the form of a viral campaign that reflects emotions of the audience and participates in, enjoys and spreads the fusion of media genres.
