초록

This paper aims to analyze the object and the desire of love in The Frog King and Beauty and the Beast through the psychoanalyses of Jacques Lacan reinterpreted from Sigmund Freud’s interpretation. The Frog King and Beauty and the Beast are the animal bridegroom tales. Animal and monster in the Western fairy tale met a beauty and married her. The story has been passed down over the year 2000 and has been distributed all over the world. Oedipus complex and the castration complex become ‘the Imaginary’ and ‘the Symbolic’ and are connected with the desire both dialectical still remains. The subject believes his desire is dependent on the penis. The child believes that the phallic stage is metaphor and symbol of the moment, he knows that it is fictional. and he steps back as a lure because the desire for ‘the Real’ is a metonymy.
