초록

The ironic utterance implicitly expresses the opposite of what he asserts and the irony works by a pragmatic way. Oh! Soojung (Virgine Stripped Bare by Her Bachelors) is a film of the masculinity ideology based on the presupposed content of the story: men must be rich, women must be obedient. However, from the point of focusiong and the ocularization of the story, Oh! Soojung is a film that aims to devalue this ieology. Indeed, the focusing and the ocularization of the film play a double role of tremor and reversal at the same time as the construction of the story. The irony of the presupposed content arises when the story itself shake and collapse. Cette étude est executée pour voir comment fonctionne l’ironie dans ce film en examinant the processes of focusing and ocularization in the perspective of cinematographic narratology. Oh! Soojung is a mixed film of subjectivity and objectivity. From this mixture is reversed the inner monologue which guarantees the unity of the author, the character and the world. This mix reverses what the audience has seen and what they have heard so much of the story itself. From here the irony of the ideology of masculinity is working.
