무용의 내연內延과 외연外延의 개념 탐구 (A study on the concept of internality and externality of dance)

초록

What is dance? In the method of contemporary study on ‘What is called dance?’, this study conducted “a research on the concept of externality and inter- nality of dance” under the premise of contextualizing and recomposing the mean- ings of dance in the background of age spirit in which crossing over the academic boundaries becomes so natural.
The content of this study, which presents that the changed appearance is the expansion of dance externality and the will to decide the appearance of dance that establishes the world of imagination composed of understanding and expectation is the internality of dance, could be summarized as follows.
The essential element of dance is a thinking body, and dance gets its own meanings in the function to expand spirit.
Dance expands the perceptual function in the structure of attention, concentra- tion, and consideration when participating in the place of exchange where others’ identities coexist through the body that thinks and expresses individual identity.
The inner inevitability of communication which is a complex of reality check and psychology of expectation builds the world of imagination, which is expressed into the appearance of dance.
Reality check is a critical viewpoint on society while the psychology of expec- tation is ethical consciousness the mankind commonly aims for, which is spread through the educational system. In this case, dance of the self-reflection structure is about improving perceptual intelligence.
