통영 오귀 굿 연 행양상과 춤사위 연구 (A Study on the Performance Aspect and Chum-sawi of Tongyoung Ogwi-gut)

초록

통영 오귀굿은 인간의 삶에서 안타깝고 충격적인 죽음을 맞은 망자와 살아있는 자들의 새로운 관계가 시작되는 의식이며，통영 지역주민들이 갖는 죽음과 내세관 등을 함축하는 전통적인 굿이다. 그러나 급변하는 사회문화 변동에서 굿을 의뢰하는 이들이 점차 사라져가고，1980년대부터 현장조사보고와 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져 왔음에도 불구하고 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구는 한국문화예술위원회에서 촬영한 1982년 ＜충무 오귀굿〉영상자료를 바탕으로 굿의전체적 연행양상과 춤사위를 분석하였으며 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을수 있었다.
첫째，통영 오귀굿 연행양상에서는 기존에 연구 된 연행절차의 부정확한 부분을 바로잡아서 17거리로 정리하였다. 통영 오귀굿 진행과정은 준비의식，본의식，마무리 의식으로 구분하여 준비의식은 망자 청배，본 의식은 망자 존재변환과 망자 천도，마무리 의식은 잡귀 • 잡신플이로 정리된다. 연행절차는 ① 부정굿 ②넋건지기 ③당산굿 ④문넘기 ⑤천왕굿 ⑥방안오귀 ⑦손굿 ⑧손님플이 ⑨동살플이 ⑩영둑굿 ⑪길닦기 ⑫대잡기 ⑬환생탄일 ⑭축문 ⑮시왕탄일 ⑯ 대신플이 ©시석굿으로 연행되었다.
둘째，통영 오귀굿 춤사위 유형은 단조로운 동작을 거듭 반복함으로써 주술적 효과를 높이는 특징이 있었다. ①회전형 ②휘젓기형 ③어르기형 ④뿌리기형 ⑤흔들기형 ⑥펴기형 ⑦보행형의 유형이 연행절차 속에서 무한 반복적으로나타나고 춤사위마다 무구의 사용으로 주술적 의미가 더 뚜렷해진다.
셋째，춤사위 연행기법에서는 객관적인 방법과 나열하는 방식의 기법은 맞지 않으므로 표면적 특징을 통해 분석하였다. 먼저 팔놀림은 ①어르는 사위②뿌리는 사위 ③감는 사위 ④메는 사위 ⑤흔드는 사위 ⑥모으고 펴는 사위⑦접는 사위 ⑧한 팔 드는 사위가 있고，발디딤은 ①모둠 발디딤 ②전진과 후퇴하는 발디딤 ③좌 • 우로 이동하는 발디딤 ④좌 • 우로 회전하는 발디딤 ⑤즉흥적인 발디딤이 나타났다.
통영 오귀굿의 춤사위는 단순하지만 음양의 구조로 신과 공존 하는듯한 안정적인 춤사위가 많고，강신무와 같은 긴장감，비장감은 없지만 부드러운 춤사위에서 여성적이고 정적인 심리를 표현하고 있다.

A Study on the Performance Aspect and Chum-sawi of Tongyoung Ogwi-gut Lee, Kyeong-Won (Chinju National University of Education) Tongyeong Ogwi-gut is a traditional rite that begins a new relationship between the deceased and the living, who have been sadly and traumatized in human life, and connotates the death and memorial hall of the people of Tongyeong. However, those who ask for good gradually disappear from the rapidly changing social and cultural changes, and despite the fact that field survey reports and research have been carried out continuously since the 1980s, the situation is incomplete. Based on the 1982 Chungmu Oguyut video footage taken by the Korean Culture and Arts Committee, the study analyzed the overall performance and dance performance of the rite, which resulted in the following conclusion.
First, in Tongyeong Ogwi-gut's banquet hall, the inaccuracies of the previous research procedures were corrected and arranged into 17 procedure. The proceedings of Tongyeong ogugut are divided into preparation ceremony, main ceremony and finishing ceremony, and the preparation ceremony is arranged into a dead person's Cheongbae, while the main rite is a dead person's changing presence and a dead person's Chundo, and the finishing ceremony is organized into a miscellaneous and omnipresent ceremony. Second, the type of Tongyeong ogwi-gut dance performance was characterized by increasing the magical effect by repeating monotonous movements over and over The type of single-spinning, ©spinning, ③ pronged, ©pronged, ©spinning, (6)pinch, ©step model appears in the regimen procedure indefinitely, and the use of a weapon in each danceperformance makes the magic meaning more pronounced.
Third, the method of performing dance moves was analyzed through surface features because the objective method and the method of listing were not the same. First of all, the arm movvement has ①coawing sawi ©spraying sawi ©wrrapping sawi ©tying sawi ©shaking sawi ©gathering and spreading sawi ©folding sawi ©lifting one arm sawi and the foot-hold is classified for ①assorted foot-hold ©forwarding and retreating foot-hold ®left and right moving foot-hold ©left and right rotating foot-hold ©impromptu foot-hold.
Tongyeong's dance performance is simple, but there are many stable dances that coexist with God in the structure of yinyang, and the tension like Kang Shin-moo and the non-luxury, but the gentle dance performance expresses feminine and static.
