習近平依法治國推進的背景與戰略 习近平,1953年6月生于北京,陕西富平人. 2012年11月15日，中国共产党十八届一中全会上，习近平当选中共中央总书记，并出任中共中央军委主席。至此，中国平稳完成了十年一度的领导层交接.
2014年12月至2015年2月，习近平先后四次提出“全面建成小康社会․全面深化改革․全面依法治国․全面从严治党”的“四个全面”新命题..就习近平爲确保到2020年实现全面建成小康社会宏伟目标而推進戰略.
十八届三中全会讨论通过了《关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》，十八届四中全会讨论通过了《关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》.三中全会的主题是全面深化改革，四中全会的主题是全面推进依法治国.
依法治国是建设中国特色社会主义法律体系和法治国家的重要手段，也是实现中国梦的强大动力，更是实现中华民族伟大复兴的法治路径.
本硏究重點爲依法治國問題.第Ⅱ章簡單考察習近平的政治背景,第Ⅲ章考察習近平依法治國的推進過程, 第Ⅳ章重點考察依法治國推進的戰略.

On the Background and strategies Based on Xi Jin-ping’s Comprehensive Governing of the Nation according to Law

Xi Jin-ping was elected to the general secretary of the Communist Party of China and the Chairman of the Party Central Military Commission at the 18th Congress of the Year in 2012, and took office in March 2013 as the Chairman of the People's Republic of China to take control of the party as well as political and military powers. Since his inauguration, he has made significant progress in resolving corruption. According to the statistics, about 150 senior officials above the provincial level have been chased to date. By 2016, 49 high-ranking officials had been deprived of office, and in November when the ruling was concentrated, trials were held on average every three days.
In the meantime, Xi Jin-ping will take the national task of four comprehensive policies in order to solve the problem of eating in China from December 2014 to February 2015, which is China's dream, based on comprehensive governing of the nation according to law. It will be declared. The four comprehensive policies are the direction of the new conceptual policy of China, but it is also the challenge facing modern China.
This study tries to focus on the issue of Comprehensive governing of the nation according to law, which has emerged as the greatest social concern of Xi Jin-ping in pursuing the settlement of social corruption in China in recent years. Chapter Ⅱbriefly examines the political background of Xi Jin-ping. In Ⅲ, Xi Jin-ping’s strategies of Comprehensive Governing of the Nation according to the Law will be examined.
