초록

연구배경 : 고령화 현상 가속화에 따라 은퇴 후 삶에 대한 사회적 관심이 증가하여 시니어를 위한 여러 노력과 노년층의 삶의 만족도나 우울 등을 은퇴에 대한 여러 연구들이 이루어졌다. 그러나 시니어의 은퇴 후 사회적 참여와 일자리를 위한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 못했다. 고령사회로 진입하여 경제활동 인구는 급속히 줄고 시니어 인구는 지속적으로 증가하는 현상에 대비해 시니어를 위한 은퇴 후 일자리 정책 개선이 시급한 현실이다. 은퇴 시니어가 자립할 수 있는 자기주도적인 일자리 정책 제공과 심리적 케어의 필요성이 두드러진다.
연구방법 : 본 연구는 문헌 연구를 통해 고령화 사회, 시니어의 노동시장 퇴출로 인한 사회적 문제, 스마트팜 산업 현황에 대한 파악을 진행하였다. 시니어의 은퇴 후 사회적 문제 원인을 분석하고, 그에 대한 해결 방안을 도출하기 위해 서비스 디자인 방법론의 4단계 더블 다이아몬드 프로세스(Double Diamond Process) 중심으로 문제점 도출 개선하는 서비스 제안을 이행하였다.
연구결과 : 연구방법 분석결과 시니어의 인지, 신체적 능력을 고려한 서비스 시나리오 개발의 필요성을 인지하고 스마트팜 업무 시스템 UX플랫폼 중점으로 프로토타이핑을 구성하여 개발하였다. 1) 음성 안내를 통한 업무 일정을 스스로 관리할 수 있는 대시보드 기능. 2) 시니어의 노동 강도를 줄인 스마트팜 수직 레일 제어 컨트롤러 장치. 3) 업무 만족도 평가 시스템으로 지속적 관리와 시니어 개인의 특성에 맞는 업무를 제안하는 시스템을 제작하였다.
결론 : 스마트팜과 농촌진흥청, 국민건강보험공단, 보건복지부 공공기관의 검증을 통해 서비스의 실무적 개선점을 적극적으로 반영하였다. 기존의 지자체에서 실시하는 시니어 일자리 고용 시스템은 단발적이고 개개인의 특성을 고려하지 않는다는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서, 은퇴 시니어의 신체능력을 고려한 사후관리가 되는 UX 플랫폼을 통해 해당 문제를 해결하고 은퇴 시니어의 사회적 참여를 활성화한다. 그리하여, 커뮤니티 기반의 사회적, 경제적, 환경적 가치 창출에 기여할 수 있는 서비스 시나리오를 제안하였다.

영어초록

Background : As the aging phenomenon accelerated, social interest in life after retirement increased. and various studies were conducted in retirement, such as various efforts for seniors and life satisfaction and depression of elderly. However, many studies have not been conducted for social participation and jobs after senior retirement. In preparation and the continuous increase in the senior population as it enters an aging society, it is urgent to improve post-retirement job policies for seniors. The need for self-directed job policies and psychological care for retired seniors to stand on their own feet is remarkable.
Methods : In this study, proceeded to conducted the aging society, social problems caused by elderly’ exit from the labor market, and the status of the smart farm industry through previous literature studies. In order to analyze the causes of social problems after retirement of elderly and to derive solutions, a service scenario implemented to identify and improve problems centered on the 4-step Double Diamond Process of the service design methodology.
Results : As a result of the analysis, the necessity of developing a service scenario considering the congnitive and physical abilities of seniors was recognized and a UX platform centered on senior users was developed. 1)A dashboard service that allows self-management of work schedules using voice guidance. 2)The smart farm vertical rail controller device that allows seniors to easily adjust the smart farm rail position and reduces senior labor intensity. 3)As a work satisfaction feedback system, a system that proposes continuous management and suitable work positions for the characteristics of individual seniors was produced.
Conclusions : Not only smart farm companies but also public institutions such as the Rural Development Administrations, National Health Insurance Corporation, and the Ministry of Health and Welfare actively reflected practical improvements in the service scenario through verification. In addition, the existing employment system for senior citizens implemented by local governments has a problem that it is only isolated case and does not consider individual characteristics. Therefore, the problem are solves through the UX platform, which is continuous management system considering the physical ability of retired seniors, and the social participation of retired seniors is activated. And, a service scenario that can be contribute to the creation of community-based social, economic, and environmental values was proposed.
