초록

본 연구는 자연의 신비로운 소재인 ‘물’ 의 다양한 형태를 모티브로 하여 창작 업스타일 작품을 제작하고 이를 통해 독창적인 디자인 개발에 기여 하고자 한다. 최근 뷰티서비스 산업에서는 물의 형태적 특성을 헤어 아트에 활용하여 유기적인 조형미와 환경 친화적 메시지를 담은 디자인들이 유행을 넘어선 독창적인 트렌드로 부상 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 미래 뷰티 산업의 발전을 주도하고 국가 경쟁력을 강화하며, 뷰티 종사자의 역량 향상을 위한 미용 예술의 핵심 영역으로서 창작 활동을 장려하여 창의적인 예술 감성을 고취하고 독창적인 헤어 디자인 개발을 목표로 한다. 업스타일 작품에 사용되는 다양한 소재와 상징적 의미를 심층적으로 분석함으로써, 창작 과정에서 독창적인 예술 감각과 자연 소재가 시각 디자인 개발에 미치는 영향이 크다는 것을 알 수 있고 특히, 물의 형태 이미지를 활용한 업스타일 작품 제작을 통해, 자연 소재가 지닌 특징과 형태를 현대적 시각으로 재해석하여 작품으로 표현하고자 하며 정화와 재생, 삶과 죽음, 생명의 창조와 양육 등 다양한 예술 작품에서 모티브로 사용되는 물의 상징적 의미는, 예술 영역에서 오랜 시간 동안 모방과 창조의 대상이자 작품 제작에 끊임없는 영감을 제공하는 원동력이 되어 왔다. 자연에서 얻어지는 소재인 물의 역동적인 형태와 생명을 유지 시켜주고 자연의 순환을 관장하는 물의 다양한 현상을 창의적 시각으로 업스타일의 기법을 응용하여 창작 업스타일 4개의 작품을 제작 하였다. 물의 형태와 이미지가 보여주는 예술적인 측면을 현대인의 트랜드 감성에 발 맞춰 독특한 디자인을 위한 제작기법을 분석하여 창의적인 업스타일제작을 통한 응용 기술 발전에 도움이 되고자 하며 미용 산업 종사자와 미용 관련 교육 종사자들의 창작업스타일 디자인 개발의 학문적 이해를 돕고자 한다. 이에 자연 현상에서 발견되는 형태적 이미지를 창의적 기술과 결합하여 지속적으로 탐구하는 것이 필수적이라고 판단하며, 이를 통해 뷰티 산업 연구의 발전과 업스타일 디자인 연구의 경쟁력 향상에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

영어초록

This study aims to create creative upstyle works with various forms of ‘water’, a mysterious material of nature, and contribute to the development of original designs through this. Recently, in the beauty service industry, designs containing organic formative beauty and environmentally friendly messages by utilizing the morphological characteristics of water in hair art are emerging as original trends beyond fashion. Therefore, this study aims to inspire creative artistic sensibility and develop original hair design by leading the development of the future beauty industry, strengthening national competitiveness, and encouraging creative activities as a core area of beauty art to improve the capabilities of beauty workers. Through an in-depth analysis of various materials and symbolic meanings used in upstyle works, it can be seen that creative art senses and natural materials have a great impact on visual design development in the creative process. In particular, through the production of upstyle works using water shape images and natural images, the characteristics and forms of natural materials are reinterpreted from a modern perspective to be expressed as works. The symbolic meaning of water, which is used as a motif in various art works such as purification and regeneration, life and death, creation and nurturing of life, has been the object of imitation and creation for a long time in the art field, and has been the driving force to provide constant inspiration for the production of works. Four creative upstyle works were produced by applying upstyle techniques from a creative perspective to the various phenomena of water that maintain the dynamic shape and life of water, which are materials obtained from nature, and control the circulation of nature. By analyzing the production techniques for unique design in line with the modern trend sensibility of the water shape and image, it is intended to help the development of application techniques through creative upstyle production, and to help the academic understanding of creative upstyle design development of beauty industry workers and beauty-related education workers. Therefore, we believe that it is essential to continuously explore morphological images found in natural phenomena in combination with creative technology, and we hope that this will contribute to the development of beauty industry research and the improvement of competitiveness in up-style design research.
