태권도 겨루기 선수와 시범단원 간 자세바꿔 돌려차기 수행 시 운동학적 비교 분석 (Kinematical Comparative Analysis of the Jasebaqeo Dollyochagi Motion between Competition Players and Demonstration Team Members of Taekwondo)

초록

본 연구는 태권도 겨루기 선수와 시범단원 간 자세바꿔 돌려차기 수행 시 운동학적 변인의 차이를 분석하여 새롭게 개정되는 경기 규칙에 대비한 지도방법을 개발하고 훈련을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 오른발이 우성인 겨루기 선수 5명과 품새 시범단원 5명을 연구대상자로선정하였으며 운동학적 변인을 산출하기 위해 Kwon 3D 3.1 프로그램을 이용하였다. 소요시간, 인체중심변위, 인체중심속도와 고관절각도, 슬관절각도, 족관절각도, 상체회전각도, 골반회전각도를 살펴보았으며 산출된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 독립표본 t-test를 실시하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 태권도 겨루기 집단과 시범단 집단 간 자세바꿔 돌려차기 동작 시 소요되는 시간은 겨루기 집단이 시범집단에 비해 더 빠른 것으로 나타났으며, 중심을 공격방향으로 더 이동하여 효율적인 동작으로 소요시간을 단축한 형태의 발차기를 구사하였다. 둘째, 인체중심속도는 겨루기 집단에서 가장큰 속도를 보였는데, 이는 오른발이 지면에서 이지되는 순간에서 무릎관절이 최대로 굴곡되는 시점의 구간으로, 인체중심의 전방 이동속도를 빠르게 하여 타격을 행하고 있었다. 셋째, 하지관절각도인고관절, 슬관절, 족관절의 각도는 시범단 집단에 비해 겨루기 집단의 각도가 비교적 작게 형성된 것으로 나타났으며, 상체회전각도와 골반회전각도는 전반부(E1~E3)에서는 겨루기 집단이, 후반부(E4~E6)에서는 시범단 집단의 회전각도가 크게 나타났는데, 이는 겨루기 집단이 관성모멘트를 줄여소요시간을 단축시키고 경기 득점에 중점을 둔 반면에 시범단 집단은 정확한 타격에 중점을 두고있었다. 두 집단간의 차이는 겨루기와 품새라는 종목특성에 의해 다른 결과가 나타났다. 이는 공격과 방어, 역습이 이루어지는 겨루기 종목에 단일동작 보다는 연속동작 형태의 복합기술이 득점에 영향을 미칠수 있는 근거를 마련해주고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of kinematic variables during the Jasebaqeo Dollyochagi motion between competition players and demonstration team members of Taekwondo. And it was to develop training methods for the newly revised competition rules and to provide basic data for training. To this end, 5 right-footed dominant competition players and 5 demonstration team members were selected as the subjects, and the Kwon 3D 3.1 program was used to calculate kinematic variables. The performance time, displacement of the center of mass, velocity of center of mass, hip joint angle, knee joint angle, ankle joint angle, upper body rotation angle, and pelvic rotation angle were examined, and the calculated data was performed with an independent sample t-test using SPSS 25.0. The conclusion was as follows: First, it was found that performance time of the Jasebaqeo Dollyochagi motion between competition players and demonstration team members was faster in the Gyeorugi group, and the Gyeorugi group moved the center more in the direction of attack to reduce the performance time by efficient motion. Second, the velocity of the center of mass showed the largest velocity in the Gyeorugi group, which is the section at which the knee joint is bent to the maximum at the moment subjets right foot takes off the ground, and the front movement velocity of the center of mass is accelerated to make a hit. Third, the angles of the hip, knee, and ankle joints, which are the joint angles of the lower limbs, were found to have relatively smaller angles in the Gyeorugi group than in the demonstration group. In the upper body rotation angle and pelvic rotation angle, the rotation angle of the Gyeorugi group in the first half(E1~E3) and the demonstration group in the second half(E4~E6) was large, which was that the Gyeorugi group reduced the moment of inertia to shorten the performance time and focused on scoring the game, while the demonstration group focused on accurate hitting.
The difference between the two groups has different results depending on the characteristics of Gyeorugi and Poomsae. This study is meaningful in that it provides the basis for the technique of complex movements rather than single movements to influence scoring in Gyeorugi matches.
