[h] 초성을 가진 현대한국어 한자음 음절과 현대중국어 음절의 대응관계 연구 (A Study on the Correlation between the Modern Korean-Chinese Syllables with [h] Onset and the Modern Chinese Syllables)

초록

이 연구의 목적은 [h] 초성에 한정하여 현대한국어 한자음 음절과 현대중국어 음절과의 대응관계를 밝히는 것이다. 현대 한국어 한자음에서 [h] 초성을 가진 음절들이 현대 중국어 음절에서 어떻게 대응되는가를 분석한 바를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 1) 음절의 종류와 상관없이 울림도가 낮은 한자음 종성 [p, l, k]는 현대중국음에서 사라지고, 한자음 종성 [m]은 근대중국음까지 존속하다가 [n]으로 합류되고, [n, ŋ]은 현대중국음에서 유지된다. 2) 한자음 음절에서 [j] 선행모음을 가진 음절은 중국어 초성에 [ɕ]가 오는 비율([hjə](66%), [hju](67%), [hi](88%), [hjaŋ](100%), [hje](58%), [hjo](76%))이 높은 것은 [j]로 인해 [h]가 [ɕ]로 구개음화되었기 때문이다. 3) 한자음 음절에서 원순모음 음절은 중국어 음절의 초성이 [h]로 대응하는 비율([ho](80%), [hø](74%), [hwa](78%), [hwe](100%), [hwɛ](75%), [hy](94%))이 높은 것은 구개음화의 환경이 아니므로 원음이 유지된 것이다. 4) 한자음 음절 [ha]계와 [hɛ]계는 중고음의 중성이 전설[æ/a]과 후설[ɑ/ɒ]에 따라 중국음에서는 분화되는데, [ha]계는 ([h](49%)/[ɕ]28%)로, [hɛ]는 ([h](32%)/[ɕ](40%)의 비율로 나타난다. 이는 한국어에서 [a]와 [ʌ]가 근대국어에서 합류되어 [a]로만 대응하는 것이다. 5) 특이한 것은 한자음 [hɨi]음절과 [hə]계 음절로써 이들의 중고음 중성이 모두 운두가 [ĭ]선행모음을 가졌기 때문에 중국음의 초성은 [ɕ]가 [hɨi]에서 50%이고, [hə]계 음절에서 81%로 높다.

영어초록

This Study aimed to clarify the correlation between the Modern Korean-Chinese Syllables and Modern Chinese Syllables. The scope of this study is limited to the Modern Chinese Syllables correlating the Modern Korean-Chinese Syllables with the Onset [h]. The common similarities between the syllables of two languages are below. 1) ① The coda [p, l, k] in Korean–Chinese syllables is deleted in Chinese syllable. ② The coda [m] in Korean–Chinese syllables is merged into [n] in Chinese Syllable. ③ The coda [n, ŋ] in Korean–Chinese syllables is maintained in Chinese syllables. 2) ①The onset [h] in Korean–Chinese syllables generally correspond to the onset [h](44.2%), [ɕ](36.4%) in Chinese syllables. ②But the onset [h] in Korean–Chinese syllables with [j] initial, ([hjə], [hju], [hi], [hjaŋ], [hje], [hjo]) correspond to the onset [ɕ] in Chinese syllables with (66, 67, 88, 100, 58, 76)% ratio. ③ The onset [h] of Korean–Chinese syllables with round vowels([ho], [hø], [hwa], [hwe], [hwɛ], [hy]) correspond at high rate to the onset [h] in Chinese syllables with (80, 74, 78, 100, 75, 94) % ratio. ④In Korean–Chinese syllables, [ha], [hɛ] series syllables correspond to Chinese syllables depending on what the vowels of Middle Chinese Sounds is. If the vowels of Middle Chinese Sounds are front vowels, so the onset in Chinese syllables correspond to [ɕ], if these are back vowels, so the onset in Chinese syllables correspond to [h]. ⑤Only [hɨi], [hə] series syllables in Korean–Chinese syllables, because these nucleus had initial [j] in Middle Chinese Sounds, correspond specially at high rate to the onset [ɕ] in Chinese syllables with (50%, 81%) ratio. 3) The some nucleus in Korean–Chinese syllables correspond at high rate to the nucleus in Chinese syllables as follows. ① Korean–Chinese syllable [hjaŋ] : Chinese syllables [ɕjaŋ](100%) ② [hwən] : [ɕyan](78%) ③ [hɨ] series : [ɕi](65%) ④ [hwa] : [hwa](64%) ⑤[hə] : [ɕy](46%) ⑥[hø] : [hwej](46%) ⑦[hu] : [hy](44%)/[hwaj](44%) ⑧[ho] : [hu](40%)
