한국 한자어와 중국어의 접두파생어 대조 연구 (Comparative Study on Prefix Derivatives of Sino-Korean word and the Chinese Language)

초록

본 연구는 한국 한자어와 중국어의 접두파생어를 분포와 결합, 구조적 측면에서 고찰하고 비교 분석하였다. 논의를 위해, 먼저 한자어와 중국어의 접두사의 설정기준을 세우고 범위를 확정하였다. 따라서 두 언어의 파생어의 내부구조를 고찰하고 형태론적 측면에서 핵 계층 이론을 도입하여 두 언어의 차이점을 기술하고 그 원인을 규명하였다.
한자어 접두파생어는 ‘접두사+한자어’, ‘접두사+고유어’, ‘접두사+외래어’의 구성으로 나타났고 중국어의 파생어는 한자어에 비해 더욱 다양한 어휘범주의 양상을 보였다. 그 원인은 중국에서 다양한 품사로 쓰이던 한자가 한국어로 귀화하면서 중국어의 품사의 성격을 그대로 지닌 채 명사로 바뀌었으며 또한 두 언어의 품사 분류의 차이에서 기인한 것이다.
한자어와 중국어의 어휘핵의 특징을 살펴본 결과 우선, 한자어는 거의 우측핵을 따르지만 중국어는 좌측핵과 우측핵이 다 가능함을 보여주었다. 중국어의 좌핵파생어를 살펴보면, 중국어의 통사구조를 잘 반영하고 있어 통사구조의 구성 성분으로 쓰이던 것이 어휘화된 것으로 보인다. 특이한 우핵파생어는 핵 계층 이론으로 설명하기 위하여 수형도에 영접사 파생법을 적용하여 기술하였다.

영어초록

This study inquired into and did a comparative analysis on distribution, combination, structure of prefix derivatives of Sino-Korean word and the Chinese language. First, this study set the standard and boundary of prefix derivatives of the Sino-Korean word and the Chinese language. Then, this study inquired into the internal structure of both derivatives, described the difference between both languages, based on X-bar theory in the aspect of morphology, and established the cause.
The prefix derivatives of the Chinese character are composed of 'prefix + Sino-Korean word', 'prefix+native words', 'prefix+foreign words' and those of Sino-Korean words have more various lexical categories than those of Sino-Korean words. That is because Sino-Korean words used as various parts of speech in China was naturalized as Korean Chinese character, fixed as the noun with having the feature of parts of speech in the Chinese language, and also from the difference in the classification of the parts of speech of both languages.
First, in the features of lexical head between Sino-Korean word and the Chinese language, Sino-Korean word almost depends on the right lexical head, but the Chinese language depends on both the left lexical head and the right lexical head. The left lexical head derivatives of the Chinese language reflect the syntax structure of the Chinese language well, which shows the words having been used as the constituents of the syntax structure are lexicalized. In addition, this study described the right lexical head derivatives by applying zero affix derivation to the tree diagram to explain them by X-Bar theory.
