    Investigates the actual condition about problem point under medical institution evaluating which is advanced in medical service link and business present condition etc. of the small and medium sized hospital pharmacy the problem point which follows in the change aspect which is changing suddenly confirmation analyzes the patient the effectiveness of the plan will be able to strengthen a clinical medicine service in the center and medicine business constructs to consider the standardization of the document for, the aim whose is important to reduce the business of small and medium sized hospital pharmacist, will do.
    From like this dimension 2010 year certificate system relation question items in the center 500 bed under small and medium sized hospital question has the result which investigates in the object and Improves a business of the pharmacy station.
