초록

East Coast Buyl Shin Gut is a village's great rite which has a pray for peace and a good haul of fish and fertility, worshipping tutelary of village during the specified period of time.
This study included the Present State Investigation of East Coast Buyl Shin Gut' Rhythm. It is as followed the contents of existing treatise on East Coast Buyl Shin Gut' Rhythm.
The first, the existing study treatise of East Coast Buyl Shin Gut' Rhythm have the Musical Characteristic of East Coast Buyl Shin Gut' Rhythm, the Comparative Study of Kyung Nam and Kyung Book Region's Shaman Music, the Cultural Background of East Coast Buyl Shin Gut, the Study of Title's meaning on the East Coast Buyl Shin Gut Rhythm, and The Pattern, Structure and System Analysis of East Coast Buyl Shin Gut' Rhythm.
The second, in the study treatise of each rhythm analysis of East Coast Buyl Shin Gut, we can find the detail analyses of the basic patterns, variations, the variations' process and accentuation or tempo about the nine kinds of rhythm such as Chung Bo, Gemasu, Derungangi, Samojang, Punuri, Dongsalpuri, Chosigae, Gosam, and Jasam.
The third, in the treatise of the Comparative Study of each rhythm, they showed the Comparatives about Punuri and Chung Bo, Gemasu and Chung Bo, Derungangi Samojang and Goemoo, Derungangi and Chung Bo, Samojang and Derungangi, and Dongsalpuri and Folk Music Rhythm, especially, rhythm structure, musical time pattern, and similarity or difference of each rhythm.
Until now, we looked into the contents of the existing study treatise of rhythm analysis of East Coast Buyl Shin Gut.
But we can not find why improvisation is made from East Coast Buyl Shin Gut' Rhythm and how it is made and what is the factor of the changing process of it in the contents of the existing study treatise of rhythm analysis of East Coast Buyl Shin Gut.
It is the improvisation that is the heart of East Coast Buyl Shin Gut. It is possible to render ad-lib and hand down from generation to generation, when we interpret East Coast Buyl Shin Gut' improvisation.
It is expected to dig up the improvisation of East Coast Buyl Shin Gut and the music cultural meaning of rendering ad-lib in this study.
