해방 후 복간『개벽』을 통해 본 3·1운동의 인식 (March 1st Movement of Perception through 『Gaebyeok』reprinted after liberation)

초록

연구의 목적은 해방 후 복간된『개벽』을 통해 3.1운동에 대한 인식과 평가 를 분석하는 것이다. 이에 따라 해방 후 발간된『개벽』에 게재된 3.1운동 관련 글을 조사 발굴하여 분석하는 방법을 통해 당시 3.1운동에 대한 인식을 구체 적으로 살펴보고 있다.
3·1운동은 1919년 3월 1일부터 5월까지 전 민족이 전국적으로 전개한 일 제강점기 가장 상징적인 역사적 사건이었다. 일제강점기에는 3·1운동의 재현을 막기 위해 감시와 탄압으로 일관하였다. 그렇지만 중국 상하이에는 3·1운동의 영향으로 대한민국 임시정부를 수립하고 이후 민족운동의 중심 적 역할을 담당하였다. 해방 후 3·1운동은 대한민국 헌법의 정신으로 계승 하여 오늘날까지 이어져 오고 있다.
복간『개벽』은 3·1운동으로 창간된『개벽』을 계승하여, 3·1운동 당시의 국제적 정세와 3·1운동의 준비와 전개과정, 독립선언서, 민족대표와 최석일 등을 통해 3·1운동을 재음미하고 이를 계승하여 완전한 독립과 민주 혁신을 도모하고자 노력하였음을 확인할 수 있다.
이러한 점에서 복간『개벽』에서 나타난 본 3·1운동은 민족해방의 역사적 사명이었으며, 세계 약소민족의 가장 대표적인 투쟁이었다. 또한 3·1운동의 완성은 분단이 아닌 통일된 완전한 독립 정부를 수립하는 것이었다. 그리고 3·1운동은 민족운동인 동시에 민중운동이었다고 평가하였다.

This paper analyzed the perception and evaluation of the March 1st Movement through 『Gaebyeok』 reprinted after liberation. The March 1st Movement was the most symbolic historical event during the Japanese colonial rule, which nationwide unfolded from March 1st to May 1919. Afterwards, during the Japanese colonial period, it was consistent with surveillance and repression to prevent the recurrence of the March 1 Movement. However, in Shanghai, China, under the influence of the March First Movement, the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea was established and later played a central role in the national movement. After liberation, the March 1st Movement succeeded in the spirit of the Constitution of the Republic of Korea and continues to this day.
The book "Gaebyeok" inherits the "Gaebyeok", which was founded as the March 1st Independence Movement, and the international situation at the time of the March 1st Movement, the preparation and development process of the March 1st Movement, the Declaration of Independence, national representatives, and Choi Seok-il. It can be seen that the efforts were made to promote complete independence and democratic innovation by re-examining the 1st Movement and succeeding it. In addition, the recognition of the March 1st Movement, seen in the book Gaebyeok, was a historical mission and was the most representative struggle of the world's smallest peoples.
