분단의 아비투스에 관한 철학적 성찰 (Philosophical Reflection on the Habitus of Division)

초록

이 논문은 남⋅북 분단의 ‘적대적 공생’ 관계가 어떻게 생활과 신체 속에서 체현되며 반복적으로 재생산되는지를 밝히고자 했다. 남과 북은 서로에대해서 ‘타자’이다. 그리고 이 타자의 타자성이 서로 간의 이해와 소통을 가로막는다. 따라서 이 논문은 이 타자의 타자성을 제대로 이해하기 위해 ‘분단의아비투스’라는 개념을 제안하고 이에 따라 다음의 4가지를 다루고 있다.
첫째, ‘분단의 아비투스’는 분단을 단순한 체제 간의 대립을 넘어서 삶에체현된 구조로, 구조화된 구조이자 구조화하는 구조로 본다. 이런 점에서 이논문은 부르디외가 사용한 아비투스 개념의 특징을 푸코와 프로이트의 비교속에서 정의하고 이로부터 분단이 일상 속에서 작동하는 메커니즘을 밝히는데 이것이 지니는 긍정적 측면과 부정적 측면을 밝히고자 했다.
둘째, 이 논문은 한반도의 분단이 낳은 특수한 국민국가를 결손국가 또는 민족≠국가라는 분열된 국가로 정의하고 이 틈새를 메우는 방식으로 작동하는 근대적 국민국가로 남과 북을 다루고자 했다. 따라서 이 논문은 프로이트의 논의를 빌려와 민족적 리비도와 그것의 좌절, 그리고 그 안에서 형성된정통성 경쟁 속에서 분단의 아비투스 형성과정을 다루고자 했다.
셋째, 이 논문은 분단의 적대적 구조에 기초한 분단의 아비투스가 우리의 몸에 체현되면서 내면화되는 과정을 일제하의 식민지적 체계로부터 남/북의 분단 이후 복원되는 신체규율와 상징권력, 그리고 일루지오의 형식들을 통해서 규명하고자 했다. 그것은 타자를 적으로 규정하는 것 속에서 작동하는순수-선과 오염-악의 이분법이며 국민을 신민으로 생산하는 과정이었다.
따라서 마지막으로, 이 논문은 1. ‘참여적 객관화’로서 분단과 통일을 사유할 것을 제안함과 동시에 2. 남과 북이 상호 간의 오인의 구조-일루지오를수용하는 차원에서의 소통과 게임을 제안하고 3. 남과 북의 적대적 구조에근거하고 있는 분단의 아비투스에서 연대와 소통에 기반하고 있는 우애의아비투스로 바꾸어감으로써 궁극적으로 분단의 사회적 신체에서 통일의 사회적 신체로 바꾸어가는 통일의 전략을 제안하고 있다.

영어초록

This paper is being made to clarify how is ‘hostile symbiosis’ of South/North embodied in bodies, embedded in lifeform and repeatedly reproduced in the structure. The north and south is ‘others’ with each other. And the otherness of others hinders understanding and communication between each other. Therefore, this paper suggest the need a term,‘habitus of division’ in order to understand the otherness of others, and are dealing with the following four topics.
First, the ‘habitus of division’ is not only a opposition between the system of South and North but also a structure embodied in lives of South and North as a structured and structuring structure. In this regard, the paper would be defined the concept of habitus used by Bourdieu in virtue to compare Foucault with Freudian and illustrated this positive and negative aspects to clarify the mechanism that the division operate in the daily.
Second, the paper tried to define a special nation-state caused by the division of peninsula as a defect nation or spilt nation of nation≠states and treat a special nation-state of North and South as a modern nation-state working to bridge this gap. Therefore, this paper was trying to deal with the national libido and it’s frustrating, the formative process of the division habitus in the competitive of legitimacy between the system of South and North by borrowing from Freudian’s notion,Third, this paper tend to get at the root of the process of internalization that the habitus of division based on the adversarial structure of division embodied in the our bodies by doing investigate the body-discipline and symbolic power, type of illusions restored after South/North division and stemmed from Japanese colonial rule. It's the process of production to reproduce a dichotomy between purity-good and pollution-evil, make people subjects in the spilt nation.
So finally, this paper proposes the following: 1. To thinking the division and reunification of peninsula through ‘Participatory objectification’, 2. To doing communicate and play a game by accepting the structure of misunderstandillusions in interaction between the two sides, 3. A strategy of unification that the social body of division will eventually metamorphose into the social body of unification by changing the habitus of division based on the adversarial structure of North and South into the habitus of brotherhood based on the communication and solidarity.
