초록

This study sets out to investigate the relations of confidence e,njoyment and cooperation and their impact s on physical activity and sedentary behavior using latent profile analysis. The participants (n= 491, age= 16.71, SD= 1.31) in this study were recruited from a high school in Shanodng, China. Data were collected using questionnaires. Results showed that participants were grouped ni three classes: high group (Class 3), moderate group (Class 2) and low group (Class 1). Participants frmo high group had high levels of confidence , enjoyment and cooperation than those from moderate and low groups. Group comparison tests revealed that students from high and moderate group engaged in more levels of physical activity than those from moderate group. The results of this study indicate the importance of experiencing confidence, enjoyment and cooperation relating to more levels of physical activity engagement in high school students.
