프로축구선수의 평가염려 완벽주의와 부정적 평가 두려움의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과 (Mediation Effect of Positive Psychological Capital on the Relationship between Evaluative Concerns Perfectionism and Fear of Negative Evaluation in Professional Football Players)

초록

이 연구는 프로축구선수의 평가염려 완벽주의와 긍정심리자본 및 부정적 평가 두려움의 구조적 관계를 분석하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 프로축구선수를 대상으로 하였으며, 최종분석에는 282부의 자료가 이용되었다. 가설검증을 위한 자료 분석은 AMOS 22.0을 이용하여 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 평가염려 완벽주의는 부정적 평가 두려움에 정(+)적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 평가염려 완벽주의는 긍정심리자본에 정(+)적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본은 부정적 평가 두려움에 부(-)적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 긍정심리자본은 평가염려 완벽주의와 부정적 평가 두려움의 관계에서 부분 매개효과를 나타낸다. 이상의 결과를 통해 프로축구선수의 평가염려 완벽주의는 부정적 평가 두려움과 긍정심리자본을 증가시키고, 긍정심리자본은 부정적 평가 두려움을 감소시킨다는 것이 시사되었다. 또한, 평가염려 완벽주의는 긍정심리자본을 통해 부정적 평가 두려움을 감소시키는 특성이 있다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship among evaluative concerns perfectionism, positive psychological capital, and fear of negative evaluation of professional football players. The selected 282 survey questionnaires were used for final analysis from professional football players. With the collected data structural equation model were performed by AMOS 22.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the evaluative concerns perfectionism impacts positively(+) influence on fear of negative evaluation. Second, the evaluative concerns perfectionism impacts positively(+) influence on positive psychological capital. Third, the positive psychological capital impacts negatively(-) influence on fear of negative evaluation. Fourth, the positive psychological capital was revealed to function as a partial mediating effect on the relationship between evaluative concerns perfectionism and fear of negative evaluation. These results were improving the fear of negative evaluation and positive psychological capital through the evaluative concerns perfectionism in professional football players, but the reductions fear of negative evaluation through the positive psychological capital. It also the evaluative concerns perfectionism had an indirect effect on fear of negative evaluation through the positive psychological capital as a mediating variable.
