統會之心의 존재원리와 정보통신기기 존재구조 원리의 융합적 접근 (Integral Approach to Existence Principle of Mind in Convergence and Ruling with Operational Principle of Data Communication Equipment)

초록

우주자연의 변화원리와 인간 삶의 능동적 조화를 추구해온 儒家哲學思想은 오늘날 첨단 과학기술기기의 운용원리와 상호 밀접한 소통점이 있다. 이에 본 硏究에서는 성리학에서의 존재론인 ‘統會로서의 心’의 원리구조가, 현대과학기술의 첨단이라고 할 수 있는 정보통신기기의 운용원리 및 존재구조와 상호 소통되어짐을 융합 접근하여 究明하고자 한다. ‘統會之心’의 존재론은 유가철학의 전통적 존재론인 ‘太極論’에서 비롯하여 宋明시대 성리학의 인간심성을 구명하는 ‘心統性情’의 존재원리로 이어져 왔다. 또 조선성리학에서는 栗谷이 ‘心統性情論’을 잇고 ‘理通氣局論’으로 계승하고 있으며, 구봉(龜峰) 송익필(宋翼弼), 면우(俛宇) 곽종석(郭鍾錫) 등은 ‘統會之心’으로 인간의 심성세계를 존재론적으로 규정하고 있다. 儒家철학에서는 천지자연의 變化之道에 참여하고자 一貫視하는 인간의지의 실천적 능동성을 긍정하지만, 形氣를 지닌 국한된 존재로서 그 인간행위의 결과는 오늘날 자연환경 파괴와 인간성 상실을 초래하고 있는 과학기술의 부작용과 같이 ‘相濟’작용과 ‘相病’작용으로 나타나고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이는 곧 인간의지의 善하지 못한 不德함의 결과로서, 형기의 국한됨으로부터 기인한 심성의 작용이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 통회지심의 존재원리를 살펴 그 구조를 도식화하고, 과학기술기기의 운용원리와 그 구조를 도식화하여 상호 융합 접근하고자 한다. 이를 통해 성리학의 존재원리와 과학기술기기 운용원리의 상호 소통점을 究明하고, 인간행위의 소산물인 현대 과학기술기기의 병폐적 부작용이 인간심성에서 발생하는 상병작용과 같음을 입증하고자 한다. 이는 과학기술의 병폐적 부작용의 문제해결을 위한 한 방법이 되며, 儒家철학사상이 21세기 현대 과학기술과 상호 소통하는 능동적이고 실천적인 活物性을 갖는 보편적 원리임을 究明하는 意義를 갖는 것이기도 하다.

영어초록

Philosophical ideology of Confucian has features that could be closely communicated with operational principles of cutting-edge scientific technology devices today as it has continuously sought an active harmony with principle of change in cosmological nature and human being's lives. Thus, this study aims to take an integral approach to principle and structure of 'mind in convergence and ruling', as an existence principle of Confucian philosophy, with the structure operational principle of data communication equipment, which is an advanced scientific technology today. Existence principle of 'mind in convergence and ruling’ has been connected from including ‘the Great Ultimate theory’, a traditional ontology, through the existence principle of ‘the communicated convergence of nature’ in the neo-confucianism of Sung and Ming Dynasty, looking deep for human being's mind. Even it was more developed as a existence principle of 'mind in convergence and ruling' by Gubong Ikpil Song in the neo-confucianism of the Joseon Dynasty. The discussion on the mind in convergence and ruling continued till the end of the Joseon Dynasty and came up by Myeonu Jongseok Gwak.
This study was motivated to newly focus on ‘human being's mind’ of confucian tradition. Confucian philosophy is, however, positive about human will's practical activeness in which holistic view to participate in the principle of change in natural phenomenon is confirmed. In fact, however, results of human's behavior as a limited existence with materialistic body with a shape has led to the operation of ‘being helpful each other’ and that of ‘being harmful each other’ just like side effects of scientific technology causing destruction of nature and loss of human nature. These are the results of human will's immorality, eventually, cause by the operation of virtue due to restricted materialistic body with a shape. Thus, this study explores existence principle of mind in convergence and ruling and schematize it. On top of that, this study also schematize the structure of operational principle of scientific technology equipment with an integral approach. In specific, this study finds out and emphasizes a link between existence principle and operational principle to prove that side effect of modern scientific technology and equipment, a product of human's behavior, is the same with operation of being harmful each other which are brought from scientific function of the virtue. In short, this study implies that philosophical ideology of Confucian is a universal principle with active and practical living characteristic communicating with modern science technology in the 21 century.
