운동선수 심리지원 접수면접질문지 개발 (Development of Psychological Support Intake Interview Questionnaire for Athletes)

초록

목적: 본 연구는 운동선수 심리지원 접수면접질문지를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 방법: 본 연구에는 운동선수 219 인이 참여하여 자료를 제공하였으며, 온라인 개방형설문지로 운동선수 심리지원 요구를 수집하였다. 수집한 운동선수 심리적 어려움은 귀납적 내용분석을 통해 분류하였다. 결과: 운동선수는 경기, 훈련, 일상에서의 심리적 어려움을 경험한다. 경기에서는 경기력 불만, 불안감, 자신감 하락, 시합 패배, 감정 기복, 실수 대처, 심판 판정, 부담감, 압박감, 멘탈 붕괴를, 훈련에서는 멘탈 케어 방법, 부상, 힘든 운동, 슬럼프, 경기력 정체, 동기유발, 컨디션, 운동목표, 집중력, 훈련 방법을, 일상에서는 불확실한 미래, 경력 전환, 대인 관계. 일상 스트레스, 적응 어려움, 선후배 갈등, 지도자 갈등, 동료 갈등, 부모님 불화, 학업, 이성친구, 경력 전환의 심리적 어려움을 경험한다. 이러한 운동선수의 심리적 어려움을 토대로 선수 신상정보, 심리지원 경험, 주호소문제를 내용으로 운동선수 심리지원접수면접질문지를 개발하였다. 결론: 본 연구에서 개발한 접수면접질문지는 심리지원 초기 단계에서 운동선수의심리적 어려움을 탐색하는데 활용하여 심리지원 방향 설정에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 나아가 접수면접질문지를 통해안정적인 심리지원 절차를 구축하고 심리지원의 효과 증진을 기대할 수 있다. 운동선수 심리지원 접수면접질문지가 심리지원 초기 단계에서 선수 이해를 증진하는 도구로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영어초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an psychological support intake interview questionnaire for athletes. Methods: A total of 219 athletes participated in the study and provided data through an online open-ended questionnaire to collect the psychological difficulties in sports. The collected psychological difficulties from athletes were classified through inductive content analysis. Results: Athletes experience psychological difficulties in their competitions, training, and daily. In competitions, they may face dissatisfaction with their performance, anxiety, decreased confidence, match losses, emotional fluctuations, coping with mistakes, referee decisions, pressure, burden, and mental breakdowns. In training, they may encounter mental care methods, injuries, hard exercises, slumps, stagnation in performance, motivating, conditioning, goals, concentration, and methods of training. In daily, they may struggle with an uncertain future, career transitions, interpersonal relationships, daily stress, adaptation difficulties, conflicts with seniors and juniors, conflicts with coaches, conflicts with teammates, parental discord, academic, boy&girl friend, and the psychological challenges of career transitions. Based on these psychological difficulties faced by athletes, a intake interviews questionnaire for athlete was developed, including information on personal details, experiences with psychological support, and chief complains. Conclusion: The developed psychological support intake interview questionnaire for athletes in this study can be utilized to explore athletes’ psychological difficulties in the initial stage of psychological support, aiding in setting the direction for psychological support. Furthermore, it can contribute to establishing a stable psychological support process and enhancing the effectiveness of psychological support. We hope that the psychological support intake interview questionnaire for athlete can be utilized as a tool to enhance understanding of the athlete’s psychology during the initial stages of psychological support.
