리더의 겸손리더십이 리더의 신뢰성, 구성원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향- 미용실 종사자를 중심으로 - (A Study on Humility in Leadership Relates to Trustworthiness and Job Satisfaction - Focused on Beauty Salon Employees -)

초록

This study aims to identify factors of humility in leadership among the leader’s capability and technique, investigate the effect on member’s job satisfaction and leader trustworthiness through empirical study to conduct research on effective method to utilize for human resource administration in a beauty industry and eventually suggest preliminary data for humility in leadership. To achieve the purpose of this study, the data of 377 employees working in beauty salons in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province. Moreover, the frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to analyze data. After investigating factors in humility in leadership, there were two factors; technical humility and emotional humility. Also, the two factors of leader trustworthiness were discovered; professionalism and integrity. Moreover, the job satisfaction was found to consist of transaction satisfaction, organization commitment, accomplishment, job performance and self-efficacy. The results showed that the humility in leadership had positive influence on the trustworthiness while it had partially positive influence on the job satisfaction. Such results indicate that if there’s positive communication through manager’s humility in leadership, it will help members improve ability in knowledge, business and attitude and carry out task in positive manner from a broader perspective. Based on conclusion of this study, it’s expected to see continued research in future, related with humility in leadership.
