반영구화장 위생지식 수준과 위생교육 인식 및 위생실천 정도 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Knowledge Level of Semi-permanent Makeup Hygiene, Awareness of Hygiene Education and Degree of Hygiene Practice)

초록

본 연구는 반영구화장 위생지식 수준과 위생교육 인식, 위생실천 정도의 관계를 연구하고자 반영구화장 시술자 206명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 반영구화장 위생교육이 개인샵 외 미용협회나 교육기관으로 확장되어 위생교육 시간이 추가할 필요가 있고 20대-40대 그리고 프리랜서의 위생지식 수준이 낮게 나타나 반영구화장 시술이 위생실천을 수행할 수 있는 지정된 장소에서 할 수 있도록 제도적 보완이 필요할 것이다. 위생교육 인식에서 개인샵은 높게, 협회는 낮게 인식하여 협회에서 체계적인 위생교육이 보완될 수 있게 제도적 검증이 필요할 것이며 위생교육을 받은 시간은 2시간 이상으로 추가되어야 할 것이다. 반영구화장 시술자의 높은 위생지식 수준에서 시설설비 안전 위생이 위생실천 정도에 영향을 미쳤고 낮은 위생지식 수준에서 시설설비 안전 위생이 용품 및 제품, 업소내부 청결위생 보다 크게 위생실천 정도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 시설설비에 대한 체계적인 위생교육과 위생실천을 강화할 필요성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구가 반영구화장 합법화, 위생교육의 체계화 시행에 기초자료로 사용되기를 기대한다.

This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 206 semi-permanent makeup practitioners to study the relationship between the knowledge level of semi-permanent makeup hygiene, awareness of hygiene education, and degree of hygiene practice. As semi-permanent makeup hygiene education has been expanded to beauty associations and educational institutions other than private shops, it is necessary to add time for hygiene education. As the level of hygiene knowledge of those in their 20s and 40s and freelancers was found to be low, institutional supplementation will be needed so that semi-permanent makeup can be performed at a designated place where hygiene practice can take place. In the perception of hygiene education, individual shops were found to be high and associations were to be low, so institutional verification is required so that systematic hygiene education can be supplemented by the association, and the time required for hygiene education should be added to more than 2 hours. It as found that at the semi-permanent makeup practitioner s high knowledge level of hygiene, the safety and hygiene of facilities had an effect on the level of hygiene practice, and at the low knowledge level of hygiene, the safety and hygiene of facilities had a greater positive effect on the degree of hygiene practice than the supplies, products, and the cleanliness and hygiene inside the establishment. Therefore, it was found that there is a need to strengthen systematic hygiene education and hygiene practices for facilities. It is expected that this study will be used as basic material for the legalization of semi-permanent makeup and the systematic implementation of hygiene education.
