토탈미용실의 직원 전문성이 소비행동에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Employee Expertise in Integrated Beauty Salons on Consumption Behavior)

초록

본 연구는 토탈(헤어, 네일, 메이크업)미용실로 운영되는 미용실의 직원전문성이 소비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 서울 지역의 토탈미용실에 방문한 경험이 있는 20대부터 40대 여성을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사기간은 2023년 3월 12일부터 2023년 5월 12일까지 총 5회에 걸쳐 실시하였으며, 유효표본 총 324부를 실증분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 토탈미용실의 직원전문성이 매장평가중시 소비행동 요인에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한 결과로 기술전문성과 시술전문성은 소비행동의 매장평가중시 소비요인에서 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 소비행동의 시술스타일 중시 소비행동에서는 기술전문성이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 소비 행동 매장분위기 중시 소비행동요인에는 기술전문성이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해서 토탈미용실의 직원의 전문성 수준은 고객에게 긍정적 선택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 결론을 얻었으며, 따라서 뷰티서비스 분야가 고객과의 관계성이 중요한 특수성을 고려하여 질적 서비스 향상을 위해 전문성 향상을 위한 교육을 확대하고 강화해야 할 필요성이 있는 것으로 사료된다.

영어초록

This study was conducted to investigate the impact on employee expertise and customer satisfaction of the domestic beauty industry, which is operated as an integrated (hair, nail, makeup) beauty salon, which is increasingly specialized as a beauty service industry that creates high added value and is attracting attention as a growth industry. A self-administered survey was conducted a total of 5 times from March 12, 2023 to May 12, 2023, targeting women in their 20s to 40s who had experience visiting integrated (hair, nail, and makeup) beauty salons in the Seoul area. A total of 324 valid samples were used in the empirical analysis. As a result of analyzing the effect of integrated analysis results (hair, nail, makeup) beauty salon expertise on evaluation-oriented consumption behavior factors, women’s intensive expectation-type expertise and style specialty expectation-type expertise have a significant positive effect on evaluation-oriented consumption factors of consumption behavior (+), and in consumption factors that emphasize style of consumption behavior, female-focused expectation-oriented expertise was found to have the greatest influence, and in consumption factors that emphasize consumption behavior atmosphere, female-focused expectation-oriented expertise was found to have the greatest influence. It was found to have an effect. Through this study, it was concluded that the service quality level of integrated (hair, nail, and makeup) beauty salons affects customers’ positive choices, and thus the expertise of employees affects customers’ consumption behavior. This study was conducted in the field of beauty services. Considering the importance of relationships with customers, it is believed that there is a need to expand and strengthen employee service training to improve qualitative service.
