초록

This study pays attention to the revision process of the refining the lyric poems by Sin Dong-Yeop. He published near 70 lyric poems from 1959 to 1969. He revised the most published works almost every time before to republish the same ones on the other materials. For example, he published 9 poems on every series except the 5th issue through the ≪Si-Dan≫which means 'the alter of poetry', the magazine of a literary group, from 1963 to 1965. And among the 9 poems, some were just revised the spaces, spellings, and phrase cuttings; the others were revised from the forms to the contents including the rearranging the paragraphs.
He had a specific opinion concerned with the role of Korean literature of that era. He wanted to recover the positive world of Wonsusung(the Original Character) through the effort of Guisusung(the Returning Character) in this negative world of Chasusung(the Beyond Character). He thought that a poet should be a Junkeongin(a plowman), a helper to recover the origin world in this unfair and brutal world. This specific literature view affect him to continue reshaping the intrinsic structure and some phrase of the lyric poems during the 10 years.
So we have to decide carefully which are more proper as Sin Dong-Yeop's representative original texts. We should consider his continuous revising intention in time to confirm his original texts. Therefore we ought to choose the latest version of a lyric as his representative original texts. However ≪Sin Dong-Yeop's Collection≫, published by the Changjakkua-Bipeong company in 1975 had no consistency in selecting his original texts. Most works were selected with the latest version, but some were loaded the first version although there were the revised elaborate texts having the same title or the revised title.
