『東國新續三綱行實圖』의 국어사적 고찰 (A Study on Dongguksinsoksamganghangsildo in History of Korean Language)

초록

The purpose of the study was to find central dialogs reflected in 『Dongguksinsoksamganghangsildo』. 『Dongguksinsoksamganghangsildo』 is a literature published in ‘Chanjipcheong’ installed by a command of King Gwanghae in 1617. However, dialogs in other areas as well as central dialogs are reflected in the literature. Therefore, it is lowly appreciated in research on history of Korean language. We should discuss on how many dialogs in other areas are reflected and how many central dialogs are reflected in advance so that the literature may be appreciated as a literature in the 17th century succeeding to Middle Korean language in the literature of 15,6th century.
First of all, to find parts in which central dialogs are reflected, the study examined expansion of Chanjip in 『DongguksinsoksamganghangsilChanjipcheongUigwe』 and the process of Korean annotation of Chinese classics in 『Uigwe』. 『Gwanhaegunilgi』 and 『Uigwe』 have mentions about each loyal subject with regard to expansion of objects in ‘Chungsindo’ and its process of expansion can be easily checked. 35 out of 57 persons were selected as the first Chungsindo. The study checked elements of dialogs mentioned from the existing discussions with the 35 persons.
Although there were cases that it was judged to be an element of dialog in the existing discussions, some of them were judged to be an element of central dialog in comparison with ‘Chungsindo’. The changes of ‘ㆍ>ㅏ’ and ‘ㆍ>ㅡ’ go for the above case, too. Although the above changes appeared in only vocabularies as ‘핡/흙’, ‘가온디/가온대’, they already had features as a central dialog in the pertinent vocabulary. However, it was judged that ‘제기’<dongsin chung1: 24b>, ‘틱애’<dongsin hyo4: 5b> and ‘지애비’<dongguk yel: 5b> suggested as an example of regressive assimilation of vowel ‘ㅣ’ were a record about characters before Imjinwaeran and so didn’t have features as a central dialog.
