초록

The purpose of this research is to explore the Chinese-Korean’ life and dilemmas. To achieve the goal of this research, total 27 research participants were selected. This study was conducted from Jan 9,2012 to Jan 17, 2012 through field work and Focus Group Interviews(FGI) with Chinese-Korean in Heilongjiang and Jilin province. Also, we analyzed the qualitative materials which were the data from in-depth interviews, field notes and observations. All of which is analyzed by qualitative analyzed methods, Nvivo. Based on these contexts, we identified the critical factors of Chinese-Korean’life and dilemmas and the meaning of Korean dream. The results of this study are as follows. First of all, the educational fever on social class or status. Second, the Korean dream with gloomy. Third, the discrimination and Xenophobia in South Korea. Fourth, the collapse of the Chinese-Korean town crisis. Finally, the breakup of the families, juvenile delinquency, and the collapse of the husbands in the Chinese-Korean community.
