더불어 행복한 삶을 위한 플랫폼 –마을교육공동체 (A Study on Establishing a ‘Happy Together Educating Community’)

초록

본 논문은 4차 산업혁명시대에 ‘더불어 행복한 마을교육공동체 만들기’라는 목표를 갖고 수행되었다. 이 시대는 인공지능, 사물인터넷, 로봇 등으로 대표되는 4차 산업혁명시대이다. 기대와 우려가 교차하는 이 시대는 한편 성숙하지 못한 우리 시대의 자화상이 그대로 드러나면서 불안을 증폭시키고 있다. 또한 사회적 신뢰를 받지 못하는 교회의 모습 속에 신뢰회복의 길을 모색해야 한다는 자성의 목소리도 커지고 있다. 결국은 윤리적 판단이 중요해질 4차 산업혁명시대를 살아 가는 우리는 지식의 평준화, 플랫폼, 전인교육, 전맥락적 교육, 뉴리터러시 교육 이라는 도전이 우리를 압박하고 있는 이 상황 속에서 과연 더불어 행복한 삶을 이루어낼 수 있을까?라는 주제를 다루며 행복에 대한 다양한 시각을 고려야 보아야 한다. 그리고 마을교육공동체를 이루어내는 길은 교회가 균형잡힌 신학적 교회론을 회복하여 마을 속에서 마을교회가 되고 인프라와 인적, 경제적, 사회적 자본을 가진 교회가 마을교육공동체를 형성하는데 기여하여 촘촘한 생명망을 만들어 건강한 생태계를 만드는 데에 있다. 이는 실제 생활 속에서 이루어낼 수 있는 실현 가능한 이야기이기에 교회로 하여금 가정, 교회, 마을을 연결하여 4차 산업혁명 시대의 도전에 올바르게 응전해야 한다. 결국 하나님이 기뻐하시는 교회 즉, 하나 님의 나라를 이 땅위에 이루어가는 사명을 다하는 교회가 될 때 이 땅에서 사회의 신뢰를 회복하고 세상을 향한 사명을 다할 수 있으며 더불어 행복한 사회를 형성할 수 있다고 믿는다.

영어초록

The purpose of this paper is to form a happy together educating community in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. The fourth industrial revolution consists of artificial intelligence (AI), the internet of things (IoT), and robots. Both expectations and worries surround us, revealing our immaturity as we face the new era. Furthermore, we face even more frustration as the church is not being trusted by society in the midst of the fourth industrial revolution. Many feel that the church must seek a better way to deal with the challenges brought by the new era to christian education. In the end, ethical decisions will be crucial as we face the egalization of knowledge, platform, holistic education, whole contextual education, and new literacy education. Therefore, we must deal with this question: can we create a happy together educating community in the era of the fourth industrial revolution?  We need to consider various perspectives to answer this question. We need to define happiness, determine how we can form a happy together community, and find the theoretical foundations of such community of faith. To seek a balanced theory we first need to reevaluate the theology and essence of what church really is, since the essence of church is the key to being an agency in this secular society. If we reorient the essence of church with a missional church theology, we can build and contribute to a balanced community of faith. Church needs to be a church of community, not a church apart from community. And if the church is reformed to become a church of community, then the church will be a platform that enhances happiness and togetherness in the community. All of us are connected and part of a web of life and therefore the church, which is the people of God, can contribute to the whole community by being part of a healthier ecosystem.
In this paper, several real stories are shared which give us hope that we too can make a happy together educational community of faith in the context of real life. When the church fills the gap between micro and macro systems, and becomes a bridge and platform in the community, then the community will be connected among families, churches, and society as a whole. Since many churches already possess social and economic capital, they can be a platform for society. This theory will be a practical response to the challenges that the fourth industrial revolution brings to our current society. When the church plays the role of being the platform between families and society, the church will regain its trust from society and expand the kingdom of God, forming a happy together educational community.
