이산 사건 시뮬레이션을 활용한 스포츠 이벤트매니지먼트 프로세스 최적화 연구 (Sports Event Management Process Optimization Using Discrete Event Simulation)

초록

스포츠 이벤트의 효과적인 운영에 대한 스포츠 이벤트 매니지먼트의 프로세스의 체계화가 필요하다 . 스포츠 이벤트는 다양한 상황적 변수와 시간의 흐름에 따른 단계별 업무가 상호 유기적으로 밀접한 관계를 유지하고 있기 때문에 스포츠 이벤트 매니지먼트 프로세스의 유효성 및 적합성에 대한 검증이 필요하다 . 이 연구는 스포츠 이벤트의의료 / 도핑 운영 단계 중 응급 환자 후송 부문에 대한 사례를 기반으로 프로세스 분석 및 이산 사건 시뮬레이션을활용한 프로세스 최적화 방법을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다 . 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 IDEF(Integration Definition) 방법론을 적용하여 프로세스를 개발하였고 , 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어 (WITNESS) 를 통해 시뮬레이션을모델링하였다 . 시뮬레이션 분석을 위해 2016 기장여자야구월드컵 대회에서 계획 된 4 가지 차량운영계획안과 4 가지차량조건을 적용하여 16 개의 시나리오를 선정하였다 . 선정한 시나리오를 기준으로 10 일 *24 시간 ( 총 240 시간 ) 의 동안시뮬레이션을 수행하였고 , 시뮬레이션을 통해 개발된 프로세스 모델의 최적화 및 서비스 레벨을 평가하였다 . 서비스레벨의 목표값은 0.8 로 설정하였고 , 차량 운용대수 6 대 이상과 응급 차량 운용계획 중 4 안을 적용하여야 하는 것으로 분석되었다 . 시뮬레이션 분석 결과 표준편차는 0.019 로 평균값에 대한 비율 3.5% 이내의 조건에서 실험 기간의설정이 적절한 것으로 분석되었다 . 또한 , 최적화 실험의 평균값의 신뢰수준은 95% 신뢰수준에서 최소 0.864 최대0.902 로 최소 모두 목표 서비스레벨을 만족하는 것으로 분석되었다 . 이 연구에서 개발한 시뮬레이션 모델의 장점은다양한 스포츠 이벤트의 조건에 따라 파라미터의 설정이 가능하다는 것이며 이는 복잡해지는 스포츠 환경에서 다양하게 응용되어 발전 할 것이다.

As the interest and importance of sports events increases, the scale of sports events in the sports industry is getting bigger and bigger. However, the knowledge generated through sports events is not systematically and inefficiently managed. Therefore resources are wasted and trial and error are repeated in the management of sports events. To solve this problem, it is necessary to organize the process of sport event management. In general, when the design of a process is completed, a step of verification of suitability or validity is essential.
Especially, it is very important for sports events to manage various stepwise tasks according to various situation variables and time flow. So research on the validity and suitability of the sport event management process is very important. This study suggests an approach for process optimization using process analysis and discrete event simulation based on case studies of emergency patient trafficking during the medical and doping operations of sport events. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the process was developed by applying the DEF methodology (IDEF), and the simulation was modeled through the simulation software (WITNESS). For the simulation analysis, 16 scenarios were selected by applying four vehicle operation plans and four vehicle conditions planned at the 2016 Women's Baseball World Cup. Based on the selected scenario, the simulation was performed for 10 days * 24 hours (240 hours), and the simulation model of the developed process was evaluated and the service level was evaluated. The target value of the service level was set at 0.8, and it was analyzed that the number of vehicles operated was 6 or more and case 4 was applied to the emergency vehicle operation plan. As a result of the simulation analysis, the standard deviation was 0.019, and the experimental period was set to be appropriate within the range of 3.5% to the average value. In addition, the confidence level of the mean value of the optimization experiment was analyzed as satisfying the minimum all target service level at a minimum of 0.864 and a maximum of 0.902 at the 95% confidence level.
The advantage of the simulation model developed in this study is that the parameters can be set according to the conditions of various sport events and it will be developed in various applications in the complicated sports environment.
