사주학과 문학치료학의 상호보완 (Mutual Supplementation of the Study of Saju and Literary Therapeutics)

초록

본고는, 사주학과 문학치료학의 상호보완점을 찾는 데에 목적이 있다. 전통적 치료학은 검증된 이론적 기반과 임상경험을 갖고 있고, 새로운 치료학은 현재적 감각과 실재에 맞는다는 점에서 각각 장점이 있다. 하여 둘의 장단점을 점검, 상호 보완하여 우리의 건강한 삶에 기여할 수 있다.
먼저 사주학과 문학치료학의 인간관계론을 비교분석하였다. 이를 통해 우리는 사주학과 문학치료학이 공통적으로 인간관계 중심적임을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 몇몇 부분에서 차이를 보이기도 했는데, 사주학은 남녀의 차가 있었고, 부모와 나의 관계를 어머니와 아버지로 나누어 기술하였으며, 나와 형제와의 관계도 나와 부모와의 관계에 예속시키지 않았다.
다음으로 사주학과 문학치료학의 처방법을 비교분석하였다. 처방에 있어서도 차이가 있었는데, 사주학은 많은 부분, 문제가 되는 인간관계에 대해서는 관계의 회복을 위한 적극적 강구는 하지 않았던 것으로 보인다. 그러나 개인차를 인정하는 등, 문학치료학이 본받을 만한 점도 있었다.
이러한 차이는 운명론적 접근이냐 개척론적 접근이냐에 따라 나타나는 것으로 보인다. 사주학과 문학치료학은 이론과 실재에 있어 상호보완하여 치료학으로서 각각 더욱 발전해갈 수 있을 것이다.

영어초록

This research places its purpose in searching the points of mutual supplementation between the study of Saju and literary therapeutics. Since traditional therapeutics has a verified theoretical foundation along with clinical experiences and new therapeutics are suited to contemporary sensibilities and realities, both have their own respective advantages. Therefore, by checking and mutually supplementing the disadvantages and advantages of both, they can contribute to our healthy lives.
First, the human relationships of the study of Saju and literary therapeutics were compared and analyzed. Through this, we came to know that the study of Saju and literary therapeutics were both commonly centered on human relations. However, there were some differences in several parts: in the study of Saju, there were distinctions between men and women, and it described the relationship between one and one’s parents by dividing it into mother and father while the relationship between one and one’s siblings was not included in the relationship between one and one’s parents.
Next, the prescription methods for the study of Saju and literary therapeutics were compared and analyzed. There were also differences in prescription; regarding human relations which become problematic, the study of Saju, in many areas, seems not to seek an aggressive contrivance for the recovery of relationships. However, there was also an aspect which was worth literary therapeutics learning from such as the acknowledgement of individual difference.
Such discrepancies seem to show up depending on whether it is a fatalistic approach or a frontier approach. The study of Saju and literary therapeutics will be able to improve even more respectively as therapeutics by mutually supplementing each other in theory and reality.
