초록

In the 21st century, the importance of the ocean is increasing around the world, and the interest and demand for marine tourism in Korea, which is surrounded by the sea on three sides, is increasing rapidly, and an increase in demand derived from the development of the marine tourism industry is predicted. Accordingly, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries announced 'measures to vitalize marine leisure tourism' in May 2019. On the other hand, the formation of a new paradigm such as New Normal and Untact after COVID-19 is expected to bring the biggest change to the tourism industry. It is hoping for a type that focuses on natural scenery such as mountains and sea and accommodation facilities where you can relax/recreation. In addition, since COVID-19 hit the world, tourism trends different from those before COVID-19 have emerged, so it is necessary to check whether the existing marine tourism policy can meet the changed needs of marine tourists and contribute to the vitalization of marine tourism. Therefore, this study aims to present the direction of marine tourism policies that can satisfy the travel motivations and desires of marine tourists changed due to Corona 19 by using data analysis data from marine tourism related news in 2019 and 2020.
