홀로그램과 실재에 관한 연구 - 블라봐츠키(H. P. Blavasky)와 현대 신지학의 이론을 중심으로 (A Study on Hologram and Reality - Focus on H. P. Blavasky’ and Contemporary theosophical theory)

초록

이 논문은 이차크 벤토프의 정신과학에서 말하는 인간과 우주와 실재를 블라봐츠키와 그를 계승하고 있는 이론과의 연계를 통해 설명하고, 마이클 탈보트의 실재의 개념과는 대립되는 이차크 벤토프의 실재의 개념을 홀로그램의 원리를 통해 해명하는 데에 있다. 또한 홀로그램 예술을 홀로그램 예술 이론가들이 말하는 홀로그램의 예술의 개념과 현대 신지학의 이론에서 정의하는 홀로그램의 예술의 개념과의 차이를 간략하게 설명하는 데에 있다.
인간과 우주는 이차크 벤토프의 정신과학의 이론적 기반이 되는 블라봐츠키와 모던 신지학의 이론에 의하면 실재로부터 ‘의식을 지닌 진동(3중성의 성질)’을 통해 생성되어 나온 실체이다. 정신과 물질은 이들의 이론에 의하면 분리된 것이 아니라 하나의 실재이며, 실재는 진동수를 토대로 하여 인간과 우주의 모든 것들을 생성시키는 모태인 것이다. 다시 말해 인간과 우주는 진동을 통해 실재에서 분화되어 나온 실체들이다.
인간의 의식은 우주의 의식과 마찬가지로 7중의 구조를 지닌 실체이며, 인간의 감성과 사유는 인간의 7중의 구조(물질체, 에테르체, 아스트랄체, 하위 멘탈체, 상위 멘탈체, 붓디체, 아트마체)중에서 아스트랄체와 멘탈체를 통해 작용하는 것이다. 인간의 기억은 블라봐츠키와 모던 신지학의 이론을 계승하고 있는 이차크 벤토프에 의하면 마이클 탈보트가 주장한 것과 같이 물질적인 두뇌에서 홀로그램의 원리로 작용하는 것이 아니라 멘탈체의 작용을 통해 기능하는 것이다. 인간의 의식은 이차크 벤토프에 의하면 물리적인 두뇌의 간섭무늬를 통해 기능하는 것이 아니라 실재라는 기준 광선이 변형된 작용광선(멘탈체)을 통해 기능하는 것이다.
인간과 우주는 이차크 벤토프에 의하면 마이클 탈보트가 주장하는 홀로그램이 아니라 홀로그램의 원리를 통해 작용하는 것이다. 다시 말해 실재는 이차크 벤토프에 의하면 기준광선에 해당하며, 인간과 우주는 작용광선에 해당하는 것이다. 작용광선은 그에 의하면 기준 광선과 하나가 될 때 까지 우주 균형의 원리인 카르마의 원리에 따라 반복적인 순환(윤회)을 해야 하는 것이다. 다시 말해 인간과 우주는 블라봐츠키와 모던 신지학을 수용하고 있는 이차크 벤토프에 의하면 실재가 지닌 3중성의 속성을 통해 실재로부터 분화되어 나온 작용광선에 해당하는 것이다. 인간과 우주는 그에 의하면 실재라는 기준광선이 작용광선으로 분화하여 체험을 통해 스스로를 인식하는 과정이며, 그것은 블라봐츠키와 그를 계승한 이론가들의 말을 빌려 설명하자면 실재의 존재 변형이라고 말할 수 있다.
홀로그램의 예술은 현대 신지학의 이론가들에 의하면 홀로그램 예술 이론가들이 말하는 빛이 인간의 정신과 분리된 자발적인 창조적인 에너지를 띤 추상적인 대상도 아니며, 오브제 빔과 오브제 빔 사이의 차이를 드러내는 것이 아니라 인간의 감정과 정신을 드러내는 데에 있는 것이다. 그것은 이들 이론에 의하면 빛이 일곱 가지 색채를 내재하고 감정과 생각들은 진동을 통해 차별화되는 색채들과 동일한 실체이기 때문이다.

영어초록

This dissertation aims to expound man, the universe, and substance, the concepts Itzhak Bentov(1923-1979) describes in his mental science in connection with H. P. Blavatsky’s theories and theories succeeding to Blavatsky’s, and elucidate Bentov’s notion of substance opposite to that of Michael Talbot(1953-1992). This is also intended to explain briefly the difference of the concepts of holographic art clarified by holographic art theoreticians and the notions defined in modern theosophy.
According to the theories of Blavatsky and modern theosophy that are the theoretical foundation for Bentov’s mental science, man and the universe are the substances engendered through “vibrations with consciousness”(trinity character). According to their theories, spirit and matter are one-and-the same substance, and this substance is the matrix of all humans and things in the universe through vibrations. That is to say, man and the universe are the real derived from substances through vibrations.
Human consciousness is the substance in the seven-fold structure the planets in the seven-fold structure divide through trinity. Human thought and sensibility work through the astral body and mental body in the humanity’s seven-fold structure(physical body, ether body, astral body, lower mental body, higher mental body, buddhic body, atma body).According to Itzahk Bentov succeeding to the theories of Blavatsky and modern theosophy, the human memory does not work on the holographic principle in a physical brain, as Michael Talbot claimed but functions through the operation of the mental body.
For Bentov, human consciousness does not work through a physical brain(object beam) but functions through mental brain(object beam) modified from the reference beam.
According to Itzhak Bentov, man and the universe operate, anchored to the principle of hologram, not hologram itself as Michael Talbot claims. That is, for Bentov, substance is the reference beam while man and the universe are the object beams. Bentov explains the object beam has to be in a repetitive cycle(the cycle of transmigration) on the principle of karma, the principle of cosmic balance when this becomes one with the reference beam. In other words, for Bentov who embrace Blavatsky’s theories and modern theosophy, man and the universe pertain to the object beam divided from substance through an attribute of trinity of the substance. Bentov also explains that man and the universe are a process of cognizing themselves through experience when the reference beam of substance is divided into the object beam.
According to modern theosophy theorists, holographic art is neither the abstract objects with spontaneous creative energy in which light separates from human spirit nor any revelation of the gap between object beams. This aims to reveal human emotion and spirit. That is why seven colors are innate in light, and feelings and thoughts are identical with the colors differentiated through vibrations according to their theories.
