초록

The purpose of this study is to draw up transfer measures from school sport business to school sport promotion council, left scattered the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and related organization with Korean Olympic Committee. Research results are as follows. First, legal business by School Sports Promotion Act is mostly propelled by the Ministry of Education, the Minister of Education and the principal. Second, enforcement process of school sport legal business in the Ministry of Education because of there is no school sport related institution with affiliated the Ministry of Education, is mostly propelled by Metropolitan and Provincial Offices of Education allocation type, subsidiary university consignment type and Korean Olympic Committee application type. Third, but establishment of elementary, middle and high school sport federation with affiliated the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism suggested by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism once, because of establishment of its with affiliated the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism by still lack of educational perspective, and extraction of elementary, middle and high school event federation within sports association is limited, establishment of school sport promotion council with affiliated the Ministry of Education have validity. Fourth, proper purpose business and transfer business of other ministry of school sport promotion council is conformed to business of educational and right for learning guarantee, legal business of the Ministry of Education by School Sports Promotion Act, and target business to school & student specialization in identity, legitimacy, uniqueness aspects.
