초록

本文基於對淸水江文書的分析, 考察了咸豊六年至十一年間錦屛縣淸水江下游地區村落的社會經濟史。隨着台拱地區苗民起義的擴散, 各村寨精英捐獻田地和物資, 分配給團練的團丁, 形成了戰時經濟體制, 以更有效地抵抗叛軍。爲整頓團練的運作並加強控制, 精英們制定了相關條款。三營成功阻止叛軍後, 各村寨完成了捐田和分配, 團丁開始出征外地, 地區社會進入了短暫的安定期。然而, 隨着戰亂持續, 團練的作用日益重要, 活動範圍也不斷擴大。各村寨精英收容難民, 將其中部分編入團丁, 並制定條款以控制團練。然而, 村落的經濟負擔日益加重,儘管他們通過處置違約者的資產來暫時滿足官府的物資要求, 但這種權宜之計終究難以爲繼。

영어초록

Based on an analysis of the Qingshui River documents, this article examines the socio-economic history of villages in the lower reaches of the Qingshui River in Jinping County between Xianfeng 6 and Xianfeng 11(1856–1861). As the Miao people's uprising in the Taigong area spread, the elites of each village donated land and materials, which were distributed to the militia soldiers(tuanding), forming a wartime economic system to more effectively resist the rebels. To reorganize the operation of the militia and strengthen control, the elites formulated relevant regulations.
After the Three Battalions successfully repelled the rebels, each village completed the donation and distribution of land. The militia soldiers began to be dispatched to other regions, leading the local society into a brief period of stability. However, as the war continued, the role of the militia became increasingly important, and their scope of activities kept expanding. The village elites took in refugees, incorporating some of them into the militia, and formulated regulations to control the militia.
However, the economic burden on the villages became increasingly heavy. Although they temporarily met the government's material demands by disposing of the assets of those who violated the regulations, these expedient measures ultimately proved unsustainable.
