中風入院患者의 少陽人·太陰人 體質病證類型에 관한 臨床的 考察 (The Clinical Study on the Constitutional symptomatic pattern of Soyangin and Taeumin inpatients in stroke)

초록

Objective ; The purpose of this study is to find out the constitutional symptomatic pattern of Soyangin and Taeumin through investigation of difference between two groups in stroke.
Method ; 70 inpatients(Soyangin 31, Taeumin 39) in stroke, admitted into Kyung-Hee Oriental Hospital from 1. July. 1999 to 20. Sept. 1999, were investigated through questionnare which consists of 16 parts 155 questions, and the problems which have significant difference between Soyangin and Taeumin group were analyzed statistically.
Result 1. The analysis of general characteristic difference between Soyangin and Taeumin group ① The number of Soyangin patients is 31, Taeumin 39 and the number of Male patients 43, Female 27.
② The mean weight of Taeumin group is heavier than that of Soyangin group and the degree of obesity of Taeumin group higher.
③ The number of patients who have smoking history is more at Soyangin group.
④ In neurological problem, dizziness is more complained of in Soyangin group.
2. The analysis about the result of Questionnare ① In problems related with 'Sleeping', the time of going to bed and getting up and the duration of sleeping are more irregular in Taeumin group.
② In problems related with 'Defecation', the shape of stool is more variable in Taeumin group.
③ In problems related with 'Urination', Soyangin group have more complaint.
④ In problems related with 'The condition of digestion', Taeumin group have a good appetite and more compalint in lower abdominal region, but on the contrary Soyangin group lose appetite and have more complaint in upper abdominal region.
⑤ In problems related with 'Head and Face', Soyangin group have more complaint.
⑥ In problems related with 'Eye, Ear and Nose', Soyangin group have more complaint at eye and ear.
⑦ In promlems related with 'Chest region', Soyangin group easily feel choked up and Taeumin group heart throbs.
⑧ In problems related with 'Skin', Taeumin group easily feel change of color tone at skin and Soyangin group dry.


本 論文은 中風入院患者를 대상으로 少陽人 · 太陰人 體質病證類型의 特徵을 얻기 위하여 試圖되었다.
1999년 7월 1일부터 1999년 9월 20일까지 慶熙醫療院 韓方病院에 入院한 中風患者 中 少陽人群 31명과 太陰人群 39명, 총 70명을 대상으로 問診을 하였고, 이를 통계처리 少陽人群과 太陰人群간의 自覺症狀의 차이를 찾아 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다.
1. 少陽人群과 太陰人群간의 일반적 특성에 관한 차이 분석에 있어서 硏究對象者 총 70명 중 少陽人群은 31명(44.3%), 太陰人群은 39명(55.7%)이었고, 男子는 43명(61.4%), 女子는 27명(38.6%)으로 男子가 많았다. 平均體重은 太陰人群이 더 많이 나갔고, 肥滿度가 높은 사람 太陰人群에 더 많았으며, 吸煙歷이 많은 군은 少陽人群이었다. 신경학적 증상에 있어서 少陽人群이 眩暈을 더 많이 호소하였다.
2. 설문조사결과분석① 睡眠은 太陰人群이 少陽人群보다 취침 기상 시간 및 전체 수면시간이 일정하지 않았고, 수면 후에도 피로감을 많이 呼訴하였다.
② 大便은 太陰人群이 少陽人群보다 그 양상이 다양하였다.
③ 小便은 少陽人群이 太陰人群보다 排尿에 관한 自覺症狀을 많이 呼訴하였다.
④ 消化狀態는 太陰人群이 食慾亢進 및 下腹部에서의 自覺症狀을 많이 呼訴하였으며, 少陰人群은 食慾低下 및 上腹部세서의 自覺症狀을 많이 呼訴하였다.
⑤ 頭面部 自覺症狀에 있어서 少陽人群이 太陰人群보다 自覺症狀을 많이 呼訴하였다.
⑥ 眼耳鼻部의 自覺症狀에 있어서 少陽人群이 太陰人群보다 眼部 및 耳部에서의 自覺症狀을 많이 呼訴하였다.
⑦ 胸部의 自覺症狀에 있어서 少陽人群은 "답답하다", 太陰人群 "두근거린다"라고 呼訴하는 경우가 많았다.
⑧ 皮膚의 自覺症狀에 있어서 太陰人群은 色澤의 변화를 많이 呼訴하였고, 少陽人群은 皮膚의 乾燥를 많이 呼訴하였다.
