스쿠버다이빙 Flutter Kick 동작의 수준별 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구 (A fundamental Study to develop Flutter Kick Training Program by the levels of Scuba Diving Experience)

초록

This is a fundamental study to develop scuba diving training programs by comparing of levels of flutter kick abilities. To verify the levels of fin kicks, an instrument was constructed by measuring difficulties of fin kicks such as Flutter kick.
Subjects of the study were 49 scuba divers including 39 students of M University and 10 adult beginners. The subjects were divided by three groups such as the master group with 30 log, the advanced group with 10 to 30 logs, and the open-water group with less 10 logs.
An experimental study was conducted in a 50 m’s beach of Anilao, Philippine. The beach point was in 12m depth of water includes a 15m flat area and a 7m vertical lift area. The beach point also possessed a 12m descent section.
Results of this study are as follows: There was significantly differences of fin kick abilities by the groups.
Ability of the flutter fin kick with the master group demonstrated higher scores to compare that of the groups of the advanced or the open-water. This result indicates there are influenced factors for acquisition of collect motions for the samples in the advanced group or the open-water group.
In the conclusion of this study, analysis of fin kicks that were evaluated provided a proper training program of scuba diving. And, the findings of this study provides effective and successful procedural for educators or trainers of scuba diving.
