언어폭력의 가해 요인과 사상체질별 예방 고찰 (A study on the factors causing verbal abuse and prevention by Sasang constitution)

초록

본 논문은 언어폭력의 주요 가해 요인으로 제기된 공격성, 자아존중감, 우울, 충동성을 사상체질의 심리와 연계하여 예방에 대하여 고찰하였다.
먼저 언어폭력 가해 요인인 공격성, 자아존중감, 우울, 충동성을 사상체질의 심리로 연계하였다. 즉, 사상체질의 애·노·희·락(哀怒喜樂) 성기(性氣)와 정기(情 氣), 항상 있는 마음 그리고 사무·교우·당여·거처의 인사유사(人事有四)를 통해공격성은 소양인과 자아존중감은 태음인과 우울은 소음인과 충동성은 태양인의심리를 대표하는 것임을 알 수 있었다.
소양인은 항상 있는 마음인 두려운 마음과 공격성을 다스리기 위해서는 밖으로 이기고자할 것이 아니라 안을 살펴서 거처를 바르게 하는 것이 필요하며, 반대로 태음인은 ‘겁내는 마음’과 연계되는 자아존중감을 바르게 하기 위해서는 오로지안을 지키려 거처만 생각할 것이 아니라 밖을 살펴서 세상의 일을 바르게 하는 것이 필요한 것이다.
소음인은 불안정한 마음과 우울을 다스리기 위해서는 오로지 안을 거처하지만말고 한 걸음 나아가는 것이 필요하며, 태양인은 급박한 마음과 충동성을 다스리기위해서는 자신이 먼저 나아가려는 욕심을 버리고 한발 물러서는 겸손한 마음을 지녀야 한다.
이러한 언어폭력에 대한 사상의학적 접근은 기존 연구와는 다르게 차별화된예방교육 될 것이다. 즉, 사상의학에 접근한 특성화된 사상체질별 언어폭력 예방을 실시함으로서 우리 청소년들에게 자신을 앎으로서 원만한 대인관계를 확립시킬 수 있으며, 호기심과 관심을 유발하고 청소년들의 마음세상을 알 수 있는 소통의 장이 열리는 언어폭력 예방교육이 될 것이다.

영어초록

In this paper, examines the prevention of aggression, self-esteem, depression, and impulsivity, which are the main perpetrators of verbal violence, by linking them with the psychology of Sasang constitution.
First, the perpetrators of verbal violence, aggression, self-esteem, depression, and impulsivity, were linked to the psychology of Sasang constitution. That is, through the Sasang constitution’s SeongQi(sorrow, anger, joy, and pleasure) and JeongQi(emotion), the ever-present mind, and the four types of Human affairs(office, friends, party, and residence), it was found that aggression represents the psychology of Soyangin, selfesteem represents Taeeumin, depression represents Soeumin, and impulsivity represents the psychology of Taeyangin.
In order to control the fear and aggression that are always present in the mind of the Soyangin, it is necessary to look inside and correct the dwelling place instead of trying to win from the outside. On the other hand, in order to correct the self-esteem that is linked to the ‘fearful mind’ of the Taeeumin, it is necessary to look outside and correct the affairs of the world instead of only thinking about the dwelling place to protect the inside.
In order to control the unstable mind and depression of the Soeumin, it is necessary to take a step forward instead of only dwelling in the inside. In order to control the urgent mind and impulsiveness of the Taeyangin, it is necessary to have a humble mind that lets go of the desire to move forward first and takes a step back.
This Sasang medicine approach to verbal violence will be a differentiated preventive education different from existing studies. In other words, by implementing specialized Sasang constitutional language violence prevention that approaches Sasang medicine, it will be possible to establish harmonious interpersonal relationships by helping our youth know themselves, and it will be a language violence prevention education that will stimulate curiosity and interest and open a space for communication that will allow them to understand the world of the youth’s mind.
