종교개혁의 관점에서 본 한국교회개혁의 과제와 방안:예배회복과 실천을 중심으로 (The Tasks and Plan of Reforming Korean Church on The View of Reformation With Special Reference to the Restoration and Practice of Worship)

초록

마르틴루터가 1517년 10월 31일 면죄부 판매와 관련한 95개조항의 반박문을 비텐베르크대학 정문에 게시하며 시작된 종교개혁의 100주년을 맞아 한국교회는 여러 단체에서 현 상황을 자성하며 회개하고 종교개혁의 원리대로돌아가며 한국교회 영성을 회복하자는 외침들이 많다. 한국교회의 부패상황은 종교개혁전야의 로마 카톨릭 교회의 타락성과 유사성이 많다. 당시 로마카톨릭 교회는 만연된 부패의 근본원인은 성경을 떠났으며, 하나님의 왕되심을 잊었기 때문이었다. 이에 종교개혁자들 특히 부써, 칼빈은 예배신학의개혁과 적용을 통하여 당시 로마 교회의 부패를 차단하고 회복하고자 하였다. 그들은 사도행전 2장 42절에 근거하여 예배의 4가지 요소, 즉설교, 기도와 찬송, 형제적 나눔의 구제, 성찬으로 규정하고 실천하였다. 필자는 한국교회의 개혁과제를 개교회주의, 명예와 물질주의, 대형화주의, 갈등과 분열로압축하였으며, 그 개혁의 방안을 예배신학의 회복과 실천으로 제시하며, 종교개혁자들의 사도행전 2장 42절의 분석을 통한 현대적 적용을 시도하였다.
그것은 하나님을 왕으로 높이며 자아를 십자가에 못박고 하나님께 영광돌림, 삶전체로 예배함, 용서와 화해, 연합, 은혜의 수혜자로서 나눔과 상생의 실천, 선교적 헌신이다. 하나님의 임재를 사모하며 사랑하는 예배자는 부패로부터 돌아서며 삶의 열매를 맺을 수 있다. 이런 노력을 통해 영적 삶의 풍성함과, 역동성있는 선교적 교회를 이루며, 세계선교를 성취하고, 사회적 신뢰를 회복하는 한국교회가 되기를 기대한다. 이를 위해 칼빈 등 종교개혁자들의 글과 관련 저서들과 논문들, 예배신학적 저서들, 한국교회개혁에 관한 연구기관들의 발표와 설문조사 등에 관한 미디어 매체들을 리서치했다.

영어초록

On the occasion of the 500 th anniversary of the Reformation which Martin Luther started by posting the Ninety-Five Theses regarding the sale of in-dulgences on the door of the University of Wittenberg on October 31, 1517, many Korean churches reflect on the current situation they face and cry for returning to the principles of the Reformation and restoring spirituality to the Church.
This paper has analyzed the overall situation of the Korean Church, pre-sented its reform tasks, and suggested some practical ideas. The current situation of Korean churches share many similarities with the corruption of Roman Catholic Church before the Reformation. The Caution of Roman Catholic’ corruption were that they parted from the Bible, forgot God their King. Reformers, especially Bucer and Calvin, tried to fight against this corruption through the reform of worship service. They defined service ac-cording to Acts 2:42 as sermon, prayer and praise, the relief of the poor, and holy communion and practiced it.
The present paper summarizes the reform objects of Korean churches as church individualism, pursuit of honor and materialism, church enlargementand mutual conflict and division. The paper finds its reform methods in the reformation and practice of worship theology. The methods suggested are based on the idea of worship to God the Creator and Absolute Sovereign and on the modern application of the Reformer’s analysis of Acts 2:42.
The possible solutions are: worship to exalt God as my King, laying down myself and only blessing Him; worship in midst of one’s life as a whole; repentance and forgiveness; union with Christ; practice of sharing and mu-tual aid; commitment to mission. The worshipper who yearns for the pres-ence of God has to turn back on all corruptions and bear fruits in his or her life. Through this effort, the author hopes, one’s spiritual life will be more abundant, church will be more dynamic, world mission will be accom-plished, and social reputation of Korean churches will be restored.
For this purpose, the present paper has referred to the Reformers’ books and theses such as Calvin’s, other scholars’ books on liturgical theology, and various Christian media that conducted surveys on reforming Korean churches.
