초록

This study aims at figuring out the current status of sports welfare projects realizing the goals and conducting to improve socio-cultural adjustment on the adolescents from multicultural facilities, necessity of the projects, and their problems and suggestions. The study also aims at deducing specific solutions and how to invigorate them. For this, the qualitative research method was chosen and then, the research data were collected by the related literature reviews, in-depth interviews with the research participants, and expert meetings.
The reasons needing to sports welfare for adolescents from multicultural families include improving their self-confidence through sports activity experiences which they barely experienced in their daily life and driving force for their school life, and so, it is necessary to pursue to promote and run the programs positively. For the problems of sports welfare programs for adolescents from multicultural families, first, there are few persons in charge of programs in provinces and cities and from groups by genre. Second, various sports activity programs are too lacking.
For the specific solutions for sports welfare of adolescents from multicultural facilities as well as for invigorating it, the conclusions are as follows: First, it is necessary to develop various programs and use positively diverse class strategies and solutions. Second, it is required to invigorate various training programs for changing perception of teachers and coaches. Third, it is required to introduce sports boucher. Fourth, it is necessary to seek linking with sports clubs by genre. Fifth, it is necessary to consider and support the multicultural families with migration background in mid- and long-term perspectives.
For the future studies, the suggestions are made as follows: It is necessary to link the school and after-school programs for adolescents from multicultural families with migration background .
