초등학교 방과 후 체육활동 운영실태 및 개선방안 (Operating Condition and Improvement of After-School Physical Activities in Elementary School)

초록

The purpose of this study is to propose operation condition and improvement of after-school physical activities which are conducted at the school site based on the analysis of status and conducted based on 218 sports instructors in the whole country, and the following conclusions were drawn through data analysis.
First, the number of after-school physical activities operation program item is limited with 2~3 items in the situation with lacking of experts and poor facility conditions in the elementary school, so the expansion of facilities and instructors should be conducted by the programs of the various quality. Second, the method of selecting operation instructors of after-school physical activities is by the Principal collusion, the external instructors should be accepted widely in addition to teacher as internal instructors and the sports instructors for a variety of experience teaching students. Third, as degree of utilization, the instructions educational activities are used often in every classes, but the participation of the various training for cultivating the qualities of instructors and improvement of effectiveness of teaching and cycle improvement of instructions educational activities through the collection of information are needed. Fourth, the monthly fee of after-school physical activities program is operated for inexpensive prices with 2~30,000 won compared to the private groups, but the financial support and enhancing the government's interest and decrease of private tutoring fees are required in order to settle the health promotion and sound leisure and culture of the private tutoring fees. Fifth, the hours of training per week of after-school physical activities are 150 minutes by items, two times in a week, so participation of the various programs as donations such as 1 day free lessons are needed by expanding donations culture through the donations bank as activation of athletic talent bank. Sixth, the guidance for students as program operation is focusing on the method of program guidance and safety guidance for the students but the life guidance and consultation guidance for the students should be focused as well for the right personality and values education.
