축구 승부차기 시합상황 시 키커의 순서에 따른 심리적 긴장도와 심리상태 - 반구조화된 심층면담을 적용한 귀납적 사례연구 (Analysis of Psychological Tention and States according to the Order of Kickers in the Football Penalty Shoot-out)

초록

본 연구에서는 축구선수의 승부차기 시합상황에서 키커순서 배정과 승부차기 시합상황(이기고 있는, 지고 있는, 동점)에서 나타나는 심리적 긴장도와 심리상태를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 2019년 대한축구협회에 정식 선수 등록이 되어 있는 대학 및 실업팀선수로서 운동경력이 7년 이상이고 승부차기에서 같은 키커의 순번을 3번 이상 경험이 있는 자를 유목적적 표집방법으로 최종 35명을선정되었다. 선수 자신이 직접 기입하는 자율적인 자기보고식 반구조화 질문지를 활용하였고, 연구 참여자의 문항에 대한 이해도가 낮거나 보다 자세한 정보를 얻고자 추가적 질문을 통한 심층면담을 실시하였다. 귀납적 내용분석을 통해 도출된 자료를 스포츠심리학 박사 1 명, 축구지도자 2명으로 구성된 전문가 회의를 통해 범주화하였다. 본 연구 과정 및 절차를 통해 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 축구승부차기에서 키커의 순서 배정에 따른 심리적 긴장도는 키커 배정 5번, 키커 배정 4번, 키커 배정 2번, 키커 배정 1번, 키커 배정 3번순으로 그 긴장도를 높게 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 키커 5번과 4번은 높은 수치를 보였다. 둘째, 승부차기 시합상황(이기고 있는, 지고 있는, 동점)에서 나타나는 키커의 심리적 긴장도는 지고 있는 승부차기 상황, 동점인 승부차기 상황, 이기고 있는 승부차기 상황 순으로 높은 심리적 긴장과 압박 그리고 불안감을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 지고 있는 승부차기 상황에서 1번의 키커, 2번의 키커가 높고 심리적 압박과 긴장감을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 승부차기 시합상황에서 나타나는 선수의 심리상태로는 이기고 있는 상황에서의 심리상태 차원으로 성공 확신, 인지적 긴장 및 불안, 신체적 불안, 심리 및 행동 조절 전략화 등으로 나타났으며, 지고 있는 상황으로는 인지적 긴장 및 불안, 신체적 불안, 심리 및 행동 조절 전략화, 자신감 상승이 분석되었고, 동점인 상황으로는 성공 확신, 긴장및 불안, 심리 및 행동 조절 전략화 등의 차원으로 분류되었다. 본 연구를 통해 축구 승부차기 시 최고 기량의 축구 기술을 수행하는데 있어 직접적인 영향을 미치는 다양한 심리적 상태와 변인들을 면밀히 파악하여 이후 실전 축구경기에서 승부차기 시 키커순서 배정의 심리적 정보와 심리강화훈련 근거를 제공하는데 의미가 있다고 사료된다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the psychological tention and states of kickers according to the order of kicking and situations in penalty shoot-out with players who experienced penalty shoot-out among the soccer players belonging to the college and business teams. In order to achieve the goal, from among the college and business team 35 players who had at least seven years of experience as a player, had at least three times of experience as the kicker of the same order in penalty shoot-out. Inductive analysis was conducted through open questionnaires. Through the study process and procedure as such, the following results were obtained. First, the results of analysis of the degrees of tension according to the turn of kicking, the fifth kicker showed the highest degree of tension followed by the fourth kicker, the second kicker, the first kicker, and the third kicker in order of precedence. The fourth kicker showed clearly lower degree of tension compared to the fifth kicker but the second, first, and third kickers should similar degrees of tension. the results of analysis of psychological states according to orders of kickers assigned in soccer penalty shoot-out indicate that diverse psychological states appeared as the confidence for success, cognitive tension and anxiety, physical anxiety and psychological control strategy. Second, the result of the analysis of psychological states according to penalty shoot-out situations in football games indicated that diverse psychological states appeared. As psychological states in situations where the relevant team was winning, conviction of success, cognitive tension and anxiety, physical anxiety, psychological and behavioral control strategy appeared, and in situations where the relevant team was bring defeated, cognitive tension and anxiety, physical anxiety, psychological and behavioral control strategy, and enhancement of confidence appeared. In situations where the game was a tie, conviction of success, tension and anxiety, and psychological and behavioral control strategy appeared. Tension and anxiety commonly appeared at high frequencies in all game situations. In addition, as for the degrees of tension according to penalty shoot-out situation(winning, losing, tie), the highest degree of tension was shown in situations where the team was losing the game followed by situations where the game was a tie and situations where the relevant team was winning the game in order of precedence. The degree of tension in situations where the game was a tie was shown to be similarly high to the situations where the team was losing the game, higher than the overall average.
