고려로 넘어온 발해 박씨에 대하여―신라와 발해 간의 교섭의 한 사례 연구― (On the Park clan from Balhae Who Emigrated to Goryeo: An Example of Intercourses Between Silla and Balhae)

초록

Silla bordered on Balhae to south and north for about 200 years. Few substantial record of their relations remains except for the record of a war between them. So it was suggested that the two countries had maintained antagonistic relationship consistently. However, it is doubtful to consider that they were so hostile and never have intercourse with each other at all. But the question is still under debate because only few sources showing their relations remain. This article concentrated two aristocrats from Balhae who were the members of the Park clan and emigrated to Goryeo at the beginning of the 10th century. Park was the name of a noble clan of Silla and no clan owned that name in the other countries. This study aimed to research examples of intercourse between these two countries by investigating how the Park clan originated from Silla came to reside in Balhae.
