This article centers on four media, Chosun Ilbo, Hankyoreh, KBS, and JTBC, and takes the “10.16 Chinese fishermen’s killing incident” as an example, selects four reports as cases, and takes Zang Guoren’s framework theory as the guide. Four reported cases were analyzed from three levels of frame structure. Through analysis, it can be found that although the four media have different corporate cultures, they all build images of illegal fishing and violent resistance to the law when reporting on Chinese fishing boats. National interests are an important factor affecting the construction of the same image of Chinese fishing boats. It also reflects that although the media pursues the objective authenticity of reports, when they realize that national interests and national interests have been violated, they will stand on the standpoint of their own country and nation. questionable. Therefore, the other in the report is often antagonistic, and the reporting attitude is often negative. Such reports from the perspective of infringing national interests will naturally arouse the national sentiments of the Korean people, denying their cognition of China’s image, and forming a stereotyped image over time. This stereotyped image is not conducive to the development of relations between the two countries. Therefore, how to fundamentally resolve the fishery disputes between China and South Korea is an important issue for the governments of the two countries.
