초록

Compared to the large-scale total demolition redevelopment method, the street housing maintenance project is advantageous for residents due to the improvement of the residential environment based onsmall-scale equilibrium. This study aims to present a plan to revitalize the street housing maintenance project based on the results of the survey and analysis of housing satisfaction factors for residents living in the target site where the street housing maintenance project was completed.
This study concludes that, first, there is a need for a plan to realize development contributions based on residents' participation in maintenance projects. Second, it is necessary to ease regulations on the installation of additional welfare facilities in connection with community facilities that take into account the demand and use of residents' living areas. Third, it is necessary to revise and supplement the ordinance to support additional floor area incentives that can induce the overall development of the street area. Fourth, when promoting the street housing maintenance project, it is necessary to ease the regulation on the number of floors through the revision of the ordinance on the number of floors of buildings. Fifth, information necessary for selecting construction companies and implementing specific basic ordinances for each local government are needed to promote maintenance projects so that there is no difficulty in promoting street housing maintenance projects.
