공동주택 입주민들의 안전의식과 안전문화에 대한 인식도 분석 (Analysis of the Awarenes of Safety Consciousnes and Safety Culture of Residents)

초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 안전의식지각 및 안전문화에 대한 차이를 분석․규명하는데 연구의 주된 목적이다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 2016년 5월 1일 부터 5월 30일 까지 약 30일간 서울특별시 일반시민들을 모집단으로 선정한 다음 집락무선표집법(cluster random sampling)을 이용하여 총 50부의 설문지를 배부하여 486명을 표집 최종 분석에 사용된 사례 수는 457명이다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 α=.64~α=.902로 나타났다. 입력된 자료는 SPSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 연구의 목적에 따라 분석 하였으며, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 독립표본 t 검증, F검증 등의 방법이 활용되었다. 결론: 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 안전의식에 따른 사회인구학적 특성 중 성별에서는 남성집단에서 차량안전의식, 화재안전의식, 응급처치의식에 대한 인식이 높다. 학력에서는 대학원이상의 집단에서 차량안전의식, 가정안전의식이 높다. 거주지역에서는 중부지역에서 차량안전의식이 높다. 거주유형에서는 아파트에서 자전거안전의식이 높다. 직업에서는 무직의 집단에서 차량안전의식, 전문직 집단에서는 가정안전의식이 높다. 월수입에서는 소득이 없는 집단에서 자전거안전의식이 높다. 둘째, 성별에 따른 안전문화는 남성집단에서 안전행동, 관리자의 헌신, 입주민의 참여 등에 대한 인식이 높다. 연령에서는 50대의 집단에서 안전행동, 관리자의 헌신 등에 대한 인식이 높다. 학력에서는 대졸집단은 안전행동, 대학원이상의 집단은 관리자의 헌신, 입주민의 참여 등에 대한 인식이 높다. 거주지역에서는 강남지역에서 안전행동, 관리자의 헌신, 입주민의 참여 등에 대한 인식이 높다. 거주유형에서는 아파트에 거주하고 있는 집단에서 안전행동, 관리자의 헌신, 안전수칙과 절차를, 원룸/투룸 거주집단에서는 입주민의 참여에 대한 인식이 높다. 거주기간에서는 10년 이상의 집단에서 안전행동, 관리자의 헌신, 입주민의 참여, 안전수칙과 절차 등에 대한 인식이 높다. 직업에서는 전문·자유직에 종사하고 있는 집단에서 안전행동, 입주민의 참여, 안전수칙과 절차 등에 대한 인식이 높다. 반면, 사무기술직 분야에 종사하고 있는 집단에서는 관리자의 헌신이 높다. 월수입에서는 401∼50만원의 집단에서 안전행동을, 501만원 이상의 집단에서 관리자의 헌신, 입주민의 참여, 안전수칙과 절차 등에 대한 인식이 높다.

영어초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify diferences in perception of safety consciousnes and safety culture acording to socio - demographic characteristics. Methods: This study selected public citzens in Seoul for about 30 days from May 1 to May 30, 2016, and then distributed 50 questionaires using cluster random sampling to sample 486 individualsThe final analysi used 457 cases. The reliabilty of the questionaire was α = .64 ~ α = .902.The input data were analyzed acording to the purpose of the study using SPSWIN 18.0. Factor analysi, reliabilty analysi, independent sample t-est, and F-test were used. The conclusion is as folows. Conclusion: First, among the socio - demographic characteristics acording to the safety consciousnes, the consciousnes of vehicle safety consciousnes, fire safety consciousnes and first aid consciousnes are high in male group.In the academic field, the safety consciousnes of the vehicle and the safety of the home are higher than those of the graduate schol.In residential areas, vehicle safety awarenes is high in central areas.In residence type, bicycle safety consciousnes is high in apartment.In the ocupation, the safety consciousnes of the unemployed group is high, and the family safety consciousnes is high in the profesional group.In the monthly income, bicycle safety consciousnes is high in the group with no income. Second, safety culture acording to sex is highly perceived about safety behavior, manager 's commitment, and participation of residents in male group.In the age group, there is a high awarenes of safety behaviors and managerial commitment in the 50s. In the educational field, the colege graduates are more aware of safety behaviors, the graduate schol graduates and above are more aware of the manager 's commitment and the residents' participation.In the residential areas, there is a high awarenes of safety behavior, managerial commitment, and residents' participation in Gangnam area.In the residence type, safety behavior, manae 's commitment, safety rules and procedures in the apartment group, and residents' participation in the one - rom / two - rom group are high.In the period of residence, more than 10 years of group are aware of safety behavior, manager's commitment, residents participation, safety rules and procedures. In the ocupation, there is a high awarenes of safety behavior, participation of residents, safety rules and procedures in the profesional and liberal groups.On the other hand, managers who work in the ofice and technical field are highly commited.In the monthly income, it is highly perceived about the safety behavior in the group of 401 ~ 5 milion won, the commitment of the manager in the group of over 5 milion won, participation of residents, safety rules and procedures.
