초록

This study focuses on providing the basic data for the community facilities planning in the public rental housing as the intermediate space to correspond with the aging society, through the comparative analysis of community facilities about the frequency of use, preference, and requirements of residents. The investigation methods are survey in the form of post occupancy evaluation, focus group interview, and observation investigation. According to research, as residents age gets higher, the community facilities is considered as the facilities which can form community consciousness. And the utilization of exercise area is higher than education area. Further, the high demand for exercise space and cultural space was investigated as the new community facility which residents wish to install.
