교통안전 공공시설물의 터치 포인트 디자인 연구 (A Study on Touch-point Design of Traffic safe facilities)

초록

(연구배경 및 목적) 도시 공간에 대한 기능적 측면의 연구 및 사업이 활발하게 진행된 반면에 안전과 건강 등 사용자의 안녕을 위한 연구와 사업은 상대적으로 부족했다. 그러나 최근 지자체의 안전디자인에 대한 관심은 CPTED 실행사업으로 확장되고 있으며, 이에 따라 교통체계 및 시설물의 안전시설물 설치, 운영, 관리에 대한 서비스 디자인을 통한 체계적인 시스템 구축 및 안전성 제고에 관한 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이론적 고찰에 그치지 않고, 안전디자인의 개념을 교통 안전시설을 대상으로 서비스디자인 방법론에 대한 연구를 토대로 실제 프로세스를 도입하여 그 유형을 도출하였다. 이는 실질적 운영관리를 위한 다양한 전략적 활용가치를 구축하는 것에 목적이 있다. (연구방법) 본 연구의 범위는 교통안전시설 및 터치포인트를 포함한 서비스디자인에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 교통안전시설물 중 제안 범위를 교통 사인물 안전시설 1종, 교통 공사 안전시설 1종, 교통 신호 안내시설 1종, 교통 노인보행 안내시설 1종, 교통 안전시설 유지관리시설 1종으로 대표적인 5가지 영역으로 제한하였다. 연구방법은 1차적으로 서비스 디자인 개념 연구를 위해 논문, 단행본 등의 문헌조사를 진행하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 우리나라의 교통안전시설 유형을 분류하였다. 이에 따라 터치포인트 방법을 활용한 개발 프로세스와 구현방안을 중심으로 연구하였다. (결과) 첫째, 서비스디자인 방법론을 통해 교통안전시설의 위험 요인과 안전 전략을 분석하고, 둘째, 이해관계자가 쉽게 서비스디자인 기술을 이해, 운용, 이행할 수 있도록 가이드라인 툴킷을 구축하였다. 셋째, 이를 통해 교통안전 시설물의 유형을 제안하여 그 실효성 있는 활용가치를 마련하였다. 교통안전과 관련된 시설체계인 안내, 안전, 보행접근, 억제 및 주정차 시설에 대한 현황 분석을 통하여 4단계 사용환경 변화에 따른 툴킷을 가이드라인으로 하여 위 교통안전 시설 터치포인트 유형을 구축, 제안하는 결과를 도출 하였다. (결론) 본 연구를 통해 교통안전 시설물 개발 및 관리매뉴얼 디자인에 있어 서비스 디자인이라는 새로운 방법론을 적용하고 이를 통해서 기존 서비스디자인 사업 분야의 무형적 콘텐츠 위주 사업 범위를 확장시키고 조형미 관점의 시설물 디자인 개선 방향을 다양한 관점으로 개선시킬 수 있는 대안을 마련한 것에 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

(Background and Purpose) Compared to the research on the functional aspects of the urban space and the active use of the project, the research and business related to the safety and well-being of the users were insufficiently comparable, but the concern about the safety design of municipalities in recent years is CPTED . It has been necessary to carry out research on systematic system construction and safety improvement through the provision of services and systems for the installation, operation, and management of transportation systems and facilities in the transportation system . In this study, we did not discuss the concept of safety design. On the basis of the research on the methodology of service design for traffic safety facilities, we derived the prototype that introduced the actual process. The purpose of this study was to construct various strategic values for the future. (Method) The scope of the study was based on the understanding of the design of services, including traffic safety facilities and touch points. The scope of the proposal of the traffic safety facilities was classified into one kind of traffic safety equipment, one type of traffic signal, one type of roadside guidance for transportation, and one type of maintenance and management facilities for traffic safety facilities. (Results) In order to research the concept of service design, such as papers and single-line studies, this study was centered on the development process using the touch point method by classifying the types of transportation facilities. First, we analyzed the risk factors and safety strategies of the traffic safety facilities using the service design methodology. Second, we made sure that stakeholders can easily understand, operate, and transfer service design technology. Third, we proposed five prototypes for the representatives of the municipal facilities and prepared the effective utilization value. This study analyzed the current state of traffic safety and facility systems such as guidance, safety, pedestrian access, restraint, and parking facilities. The results of establishing and proposing the touchpoint type of traffic safety facilities using the guideline toolkit according to the four stages of changing usage environment were ascertained. (Conclusions) This study applied a new methodology of service design to traffic safety facilities and management manual. Through this, we expanded the scope of intangible content-oriented business in the existing service design business. This study is significant for preparing the direction of facility design improvement from various viewpoints, not only from the form-centric one.
